Airport pick up at 1100 oclock cost a $35.00 they said they will pick up from O'Hara Airport at 3:00 but that was at 4:00. The management said it was traffice issues but they only 9 mins away. Sure . 5hours from flight to ill room. Not great service at all

The stay was fine. The property was worn. It could use some TLC. But the staff were friendly. Breakfast was adequate, and they offered a free shuttle to the airport.

A very run down hotel, never Best Western Plus standard
Most critically, the hotel “shuttle” is not a shuttle bus. It is a 6 seated small SUV and can take only a few passengers plus bags at a time. Which is useless if traveling in a group
Avoid, plenty of better options around O’Hare

Good value for money, clean and tidy, no complaints, handy for airport and only just over a mile to a train station ( Franklin park) for trip into Chicago .

Not much to like, was told to move my vehicle because as it was in a parking space, yet that space was close to a dumpster that was rat infested. That the rats may try to get into the back of my truck bed. So I moved it. The reason I rented the room was due to shuttle service to airport. I came to find out after check in, that the shuttle service only runs during business hours. So I had to drive across the street at 6 am. And pay 168.00 to park my vehicle. I did not like being fooled about airport shuttle service and certainly did not like paying for a room with shuttle service and vehicle parking that was non existent.

This was an impromptu stay over due to the fact that my flight got delayed so late that I not only missed my appointment but the free shuttle included in the offer.
It was a very swift check-in and check-out experience with the friendliest customer service from all workers.
No hassle or hidden fees. No complaining to do the job and addressing every request and concern to both our satisfaction.
It was a great delight.

Very dated and the fixtures in the bathroom and sink were very loose. Room had a musty smell and the shuttle to the airport was late picking us up. Very noisy environment.

It was dirty. The room had two queen size beds, and good for upto 4 people. They provided two dirty towels. The staff provided us two additional towels, still didn't feel clean.

Listing says that there is 24 hour shuttle service to O’Hare international Airport, but when requested for a 4am pick up, we were told that the service only begins at 5:30am.
The building and rooms are old, and they couldn’t even be bothered to turn on the AC before we got there, resulting in the room feeling warm and musky when we first walked in.
The surrounding area also doesn’t have much, and is not very walkable

Room looked not well maintained. Walls looked stained. Could see the hallway light around the door frame. Made me feel like people could see into our room. Perhaps the door is too small for the frame.

We didn't feel safe to stay at thi place. We reached at around 11 pm as there was thunderstotm and heavy rain, they had power outage. Front staff said its out since 20 min and don't know when will be back. They had water lodge in the parking area. People were smoking marijuana outside. We ended up going somewhere else who had no issues. Would not recommend this place. Dont waste your money.

It mentioned that it had a 24/7 airport shuttle, however when we went to book it for 0230 it was only from 0530. The front desk passed the buck and didn’t seem to concerned about helping solve our issue.

Beware! They literally sold my room out for under me. Said they 'called me at 9 pm, to see if I was coming', however I was on a plane. They left no VM - and sold my room to someone else - and took this money. Thaks for leaving me stranded - awful, awful, awful.

Our stay was wonderful, Front desk was very helpful and room was in good shape, close to major fast food chains like chipotle, Starbucks, KFC, Subway etc.

Check in and checkout was super simple. Hotel was clean and quiet. Employees were pleasant. My only ‘complaint’ is that the curtains didn’t close all the way so light got into the room really early in the morning. Otherwise everything was great.

The facility was fine. However we had requested a roll away and it was in our room when we arrive at midnight but it didn’t have any sheets, blankets or pillows and it took 25 minutes to get the stuff from housekeeping. At midnight we just wanted to go to bed.

Bathroom doors are not closed properly. No sufficient AC. Poor breakfast refilling.
