I always choice this location when visiting Bay City. The staff is friendly and rooms are clean.

Stayed 2 nights visiting family. Everyone friendly but will not stay here again. I can say room was very clean. However I am allergic to Curry spice and our 2nd floor room was overpowered by it. We had our small dog with us and no place for him to potty. The parking lot was littered with trash and the pool area had a turned over small bbq grill . Look elsewhere

Clean rooms and friendly staff. The place could use a few updates but other than that we had a nice stay.

Room was very clean and the staff were excellent. We had late sleepers and it was easy switching out our towels at the front desk. The only issue was I had to get a new room key 4 times and my wife did 3 times. All keys would open the doors on the side for entrance and exit but the keys not working was the only issue. Even the managers on duty tried five or six times after giving me a new key. They kept saying it was because we got it to close to our phone but when we got new ones three times they gave us new ones and they carried them to our room the magnetic key still didn’t work on the room door. Again I would still highly rate this hotel!!

Hotel, very clean, desk teller great attitude, prices very good, they have breakfast early in the morning, that is a plus, pool available, is a plus too. Visit Quality inn & will feel at home, I guarantee. Recommend like 5 stars 🌟

Beds were comfortable.

Had to fight the door to get it to close.

I worked nights while staying here and never had a problem also I was on the first floor in a long hallway,still pretty quiet.

Quick one night stay. Clean, updated room. Breakfast wasn’t much but got us on the road without being hungry.

It’s nice and quiet. The room I book was nice and clean. Really comfy beds. Great young lady who attended us. Excellent

Light was not turning on , towels have smell.

Only complaint is I have a big truck and the parking is tight everything else was very nice

I was impressed about the condition of the property, rooms and property. Price was great! I was however underwhelmed later as I realized they charged extra for each small dog we have. I wish I had been told of this policy/charge ahead of time. Also, the breakfast was bare minimum and only yogurt, coffee and waffles. Sorry, probably won’t stay here again.

For the price and purpose, good. Affordable to sleep overnight. The staff was very kind. The breakfast was a waffle, muffins, and juice.

Really enjoyed the room was very nice and roomy. We really like super8 my hubby is vegan he really likes the frig and microwave to cook vegan food.. nice people very friendly

This is in a bad area and the property is a lot dirtier than shown online

The hotel is being upgraded as much as it’s feasible. The rooms are big, it’s centrally located, plenty of parking, and the allow pets. It’s fine and may get a little better.

Hotel over all clean . Only a couple of things about the room. Air conditioner was not on when we got there so room was very hot and took several hours to cool . Bathroom door would not stay shut . Other than that , for the price it was surprisingly very clean, restroom looked to have new toilet , tub so on . Very good value , staff was friendly .

Devon at the front desk at check-in was great and Eric was so nice when he had to come fix the smoke alarm that went off in my room at 4 something in the morning for no good reason.
