The property was nice, a bit out dated. Area around resort was substandard.

They need to upgrade and get USB ports in the rooms.

Love the location of this hotel. There is not a lot to do around the hotel, however they have daily events planned out which is so convenient. I plan to visit again.

Beautiful property and great staff! A little far from the other parts of the island but if you have a car it's a quick 45-hr drive. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

A few maintenance issues with room over the week but all staff were great, room was very clean, comfortable and well equipped, view was outstanding, beach was private and well maintained. We would definitely love to return.

We stayed for 4 nights and every day had a problem with our key causing us to have to go back to the main building for a new key. Unfortunately our room was not as clean as we would have expected when we arrived. For example: there was hair in the tub. We’re always prepared to do our own cleaning😊 Staff was very nice and welcoming

Quiet side of the island. You'll need a car to get around for shopping or dining. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Not the best beach but they work hard to maintain it.. Extremely shallow reef which makes snorkeling and swimming difficult. Overall a very nice resort.

We really enjoyed the location of the Wyndham. Our room was truly a beachfront unit. The property had all the necessary facilities, restaurants etc. Never a hassle to find loungers and/or umbrellas on the beach OR at the pool. Beach was cleaned from seaweed and groomed every morning. Water pressure and water temperate in shower and bathtub were excellent. Service was great. The only draw-back for us was the strict smoking policies, but that was easy to overcome and negotiate. We encountered no hidden fees at check-out. Overall a GREAT week at the Wyndham. We will certainly consider staying there again !!

Really enjoyed our stay! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Stayed in a 1 bedroom condo that had everything you need. Grocery and liquor stores right across the street. Be sure to eat at Tulsa’s restaurant. Ask for Tido. We will be back.

Couples weekend getaway, renting a car was essential hitting various restaurants Grand Old House, Tukka, Bacaro and White Sands sting ray excursion. Snorkeling was awesome at hotel and very clean, comfortable and felt safe.

Beautiful property, rooms on the beach, super safe

We were a day late due to airline delays, called hotel to let them know. When we arrived the next day we still had to wait for two hours for our room to be ready.

Lived up to and consistent with properties reputation as a truly relaxing vacation, stress-free, serene setting.

Jasmin and all of the staff are exceptional. This is a beautiful and quiet property with all of the resources to have a perfect getaway. The service and friendliness are out of this world. Perfection!!

Every room/condo with a patio or spacious balcony overlooking a beautiful, white sand beach. Immaculate condo inside; spacious, comfortable, central A/C (or open the patio doors and enjoy the wonderful, fresh sea air and listen to the surf), ours had a full kitchen (with cookware, dishes, glassware, and the usual kitchen appliances, etc.) Very accommodating service and house keeping. Quiet area, NOT packed beach! Excellent dining and drinks in any one of several restaurants on the property. Dancing, live music, land and water activities (some free, some for an additional fee), lovely, clean pools, plenty of parking for your rental car. (Remember, the Caymans are British West Indies, so they drive on the LEFT!) Make an effort to meet the locals; lovely, warm, friendly people. Great little “mini mall” across the road with a well-done Italian restaurant, liquor store, souvenir shop, and nice, little grocery store! If the city, shopping, and nightlife is your thing, George Town, the capital, is about 40-60 minutes away by car, cab, or public bus. The city has wonderful history, a turtle sanctuary for green sea turtles, endless shopping, bars and restaurants. We will go back!

Beautiful oceanfront , safe & clean!

We loved our stay here! It was quiet and beautiful. The staff was always friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay wonderful.

IMO, since much of this resort is occupied by time share owners I felt the property was not kept as pristine as it should be. They are locked in as permanent revenue source. The room was clean and comfortable but housekeeping only comes every 3rd day even though we paid full price. The property could be cleaner…ie, beachfront should be cleaned regularly, broken down truck in parking lot, overflowing ashtray in common area, poor landscaping practices. Overall just an average property. I personally will seek other options for my lodging next time

One bed efficiency was way too small and cramped even for two people. Amenities were nonexistent. We quickly upgraded rooms. They need more ice machines. Only one for the whole building. Very, very inconvenient.Only one elevator to service the entire building. Not acceptable.

We stayed at this resort February 2024. It is in a pretty isolated part of the island so you need a taxi or rental car to get anywhere. However, it is very quiet which was nice. The hotel was nice. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Food and drinks were great! There is a small shopping center across the street with a liquor store, Italian restaurant and grocery store which came in handy as we did not opt for the all-inclusive option at the hotel. We spent much less on food and drinks between the resort and what we bought on our own so I’m glad we didn’t do it. However everything on the island is very expensive! The beach was not great. Very small and there was a lot of seaweed and washed up trash ie: plastic bottles caps, pieces of foam, etc. on the beach which they didn’t seem to clean up. Not much entertainment at the resort either and limited dining options when compared to other all-inclusive resorts. We did have a good time but I don’t think I would revisit.

Love the easy access to the beach for snorkeling.

My husband and I checked in for a long stay. Overall the hotel and amenities were good, but not great. Staff was good, but not great. It is not close to many "hot spot" or activities.

We loved the beach and having kitchen. All rooms have ocean front balcony and are spacious. Restaurant and beach bar food and drinks were excellent. Hotel is clean and staff is friendly and helpful. We also loved that area is quiet and you aren’t on top of each other at beach or pool. Downside is that you really need a rental car if you want to explore the island and do things outside of hotel but everything is easy to find and get to if you have car.

We will definitely come back, best Island we’ve ever visited. Loved our room, the people, the cleanliness.

I would give 5 stars for the location and 4 stars for the hotel itself because the property is dated and could use a facelift. We went from 1/1-6 and it was very quiet, we ventured over to 7 mile and while there is more to see/do, I couldn't wait to get back to east end. The east end has an Island vibe to it and 7 mile is just crawling with tourists. You definitely need a rental car to get around. If we go again, I would definitely stick to the east end and rum point.

The East End part of Grand Cayman is a lt quieter and more representative of what one is looking for from an island experience. The Wyndham location is also closer to a lot of attractions such as the Cayman Caves, Kaibo, Cayman Parrot Sanctuary and Botanical Garden.

Disappointed with the state of bedsheets and pillowcases. There were apparent stains- did not appear like the sheets were changed. The housekeeping staff was very friendly, and delivered new sheets, which again were with stains. The third set of sheets were clean. It resulted in the family going to sleep very late at night following a long flight from home. House keeping changed sheets according to their scheduled third day of our stay, and again we had the same issue - dirty linen that needed to be changed again. Other than the issue with the linens, overall experience was good. Nice beach front property, away from the crowds. The beach here is a bit more rocky with weeds vs the 7-mile beach area but overall good property.

The place is quiet and nice! The front desk Staff was a little rude and the last day they even rushed us out the room even though we had requested late check out
