The bed was small, the toilet flushed super slow. Our screen was missing in the window. The shower however had great water pressure. The furniture in the room all seemed fairly new and in good condition. I did not see any guide anywhere in the room for the tv or checkout times.

Pulled in late at night and left early in the morning

Lobby was clean and smelled fresh. Front staff was friendly. Room I’m sure was clean but didn’t look clean because the toilet had so many scratches in it that I thought it was dirty. Just replace it. Water never got hot. I was there for a week. It just was warm. They cleaned room every day which you don’t get usually unless you ask. The walls are super thin. I could hear the neighbors entire conversation. The room above me you could hear footsteps at all hours. Sounded like a creaky floor. Was so loud. Unable to sleep. Would have asked to move rooms but I travel with a lot of equipment. Breakfast is included daily. I stayed for seven days and it was the same everyday. Scrambled eggs bacon sausage a few pastries yogurt and waffles. Fruit was an apple. One day they added bananas. Hotel is close to everything which makes it convenient.

Good budget friendly option in Tinley Park

Pros: The rooms are small but clean, and the customer service was decent. Cons: I had to switch rooms three times because the AC units reeked of musty smells. They could’ve been easily cleaned, but clearly, no one bothered. There was even mold on the grills! By the time I got to my third room, I had to go out and buy Lysol wipes to clean it myself. I even bought air fresheners, but nothing got rid of that disgusting smell. This highly affected my sinuses. A work-around is to turn off the AC unit and suffer with the heat. Oh and power button doesn't turn the unit off, so had to completely unplug it from the wall to stop the torcher of breathing in mold spores! To top it off, the TVs are ancient and don’t support streaming services. And guess what? The HDMI ports are blocked, so I couldn’t even hook up my laptop to stream. Ridiculous!

Room was good. Coffee maker in room was not great. Continental breakfast was good. The key cards are temperamental and take a little longer to work than they should.

We chose this location because we were attending a concert in Tinley Park. It served our needs very well and is located just off the interstate which made it easy for us to head to Florida the next morning.

Soap residue in shower. The door knob was loose making it difficult to open.

The only thing I didn't care for was the vanity/bathroom area. It was small and felt the shower could use more space for toiletries. My small bottles kept falling of the little soap dish. The bed was AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE!!!

Not bad. Could be a touch cleaner. Lights burnt out in room.

Close to Credit Union 1 Amphitheater

We just stayed for a night to attend a concert. Venue was 6 min drive away from the hotel. There is a shopping center nearby to drive to with food options as well. Hotel was clean and quiet. Staff was kind and helpful. Would stay again.

Hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was always stocked. Bed was comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay

The air did not work . The soda machine was not working . The owners seemed to just stand around and not really care what was going on. Something needs to be done about this property. I will never stay at any property of this hotel.

The outside needs a more inviting look. The building is drab and upgrade the landscape. Need to have delicious sweet rolls for breakfast!
