Old sheets, broken restroom sink. We only took this hotel due to pet friendly policy, but in the end we found a boarding establishment. It's a never again experience. There are better hotels for the same price or less.

The hotel is not in good condition. It is ok for a one night on a business trip if trying to save money. But not a place where you want to have meetings with customers

The hotel location is great, lots of places to go and they are close.

The good: Property is located conveniently in downtown monterrey and most places of interest are nearby by walking or a short uber ride. Staff is very friendly and willing to assist you anytime. Breakfast buffet is great! with a variety of plates and good service.
The not so good: We found this property to be deteriorating and showing lack of basic maintenance on walls with sloppy wall repairs, some electrical outlets are loose and can fall off (unsafe), water drainage was slow on bathroom shower and windows are very dirty on the outside so the view is not as beautiful towards the mountains. They were working on updating the wi-fi and construction was part of the experience. no air conditioning on the room halls during our visit.

The hotel has a good outdoor appearance but once Inside in the floor hallways it is super hot and smelly. Once we arrived in our room it was dirty and only gives you two towels. No hand or face towels. Then our room key would not open multiple times and had to wait for maintenance in the hallway heat.

I did not like it at all. No hot water the shower would leak all the water outside to the room the towels were terrible. The lady at the front desk was so rude VERY BAD HOTEL NEVER GOING BACK TO IT !!!!!

Absolutely no Wi-Fi I was sporadically getting Internet service from a Starbucks across the street and it was not even close by so it’s hard to believe that the building itself has Wi-Fi.

How this hotel has 4 stars is beyond me. The hotel is a terrible state. My air conditioner in my room is hanging out of the wall and I can see directly outside due to the terrible work done when installing the unit. Because there are giant holes in the wall the air conditioner does nothing except be exceptionally loud. The bathroom and shower stall are not sealed correctly so when you shower everything gets wet and water rises through the cracks and comes out on the other side of the wall. The hallways smell bad. Our towels didn’t get changed, and to make matters worse when I asked for a different room since mine isn’t remotely what I booked I was moved to a "newly upgraded" room that looked identical with the added bonus of spraying water all over the bathroom floor when the toilet was refilling.

The room was for 2 adults and 2 children and they only provided 2 towels, also we did reserve a room with two queen beds and they gave us two fullsize beds, the facilities do not look like their puctures, bad service and rooms too small

The only reason why I choose this property is because the reservation that I made through Expedia said 2 queen beds, when I showed this in the lobby, they said that their system showed 2 full beds, no queen size. I tried to show them my reservation and they basically didn't care, saying that it was the only bedroom available anyways....I should ask for a refund since they didn't honor my reservation!

This was by far one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. I have stayed at hourly hotels that are 10 times cleaner and better maintained than this hotel. The countertops were all cracked and broken, the water in the sinks would not go away, you have to flush the toilet more that three times to get it to flush completely and on top of everything the rooms smelled like wet carpet. Horrible experience.

It was closer to shopping areas in Monterrey Downtown, and parks. Staff was attentive, we included the breakfast, and it was good. We had an issue with the HVAC but it was immediately attended by hotel staff

the AC in the living area was not working, it was old and run down, took about 1 hr to get fixed, meanwhile it was super hot, the pillow cases had stains, found hair inside the sheets, the entrance to the parking lot was super tiny and we drive a big ford truck, other than that it was ok

Everything inside the room looked really old, towels, the door, the carpet even smelled. They didn’t want to give courtesy coffee in the morning, they wanted to sell it. I have never been in a hotel that sells the coffee, really disappointed.
