Cabin 13 no A/C, other then that, it’s a A awesome place, close to everything

Nice/quiet

The cabin was great. It makes you feel like you’re out in the wilderness and the property view of the lake is wonderful. The Amenities are wonderful. It was just a great experience.

Too old furniture and kitchenette!! Old carpet too!

Rooms are close to water. Cabins are across the street. Dog friendly and private beach.

When we got there our room was not ready, like at all, looked like the cleaning person didn't get a chance to get to it haha well they apologized and gave us there emergency cabin which was great and then they let us stay in it for our 2 day of our final stay. Amazing,my family loved it.

We stayed in A recently remodeled room. It was spacious, had a new large TV, comfortable beds and nice linen, large bathroom with good counterspace. The air conditioning was quiet. The small beach area was clean and provided a beautiful view of the lake. There was no traffic noise. Front desk staff was, very accommodating. My only complaint is the hotel room doors are metal, so when the sun shines on the door, you have to be very careful not to touch the door itself or the door handle or you will burn your hand. There could also be more counterspace in the room itself. There was a lot of open wall space that could have been , filled with a small dresser or desk.

We stayed in a recently renovated room with a nice view of the lake.

Cabins were in need of remodeling and upgrades. Carpets, flooring and furniture are old, worn and stained/dirty. Sofa bed was broken and missing springs that hold mattress up. The foot end of the mattress was leaning off the bed and on the floor, unusable. The next day, staff provided a rollaway bed. Microwave was ancient and barely worked. Toilet was an oval toilet but had a round seat. Makes no sense, maintenance staff could have purchased a $30 oval toilet seat. Staff was good, grounds were nice, pool wave nice.

Awesome location and beautiful room! My family and I took a Summer trip to Big Bear for the weekend and we arrived to the resort late (after midnight) but were still able to access our room easily. We woke up to the most serene lake front view! This resort is located near everything: the coaster, Bowling Alley, restaurants, Pleasure Pint marina, and more! The rooms were brand new, clean, and modern: HUGE bathroom, fireplace, comfortable beds and a dining table. There was ample parking right in front of our room, too so unloading was convenient. This place checks all the boxes for me. Highly recommend Big Bear Frontier when visiting Big Bear! We’ll be back for sure!

We had a lovely time here, check-in was a breeze, and they were so accommodating since we were bringing our dog with us! The lake is walking distance and it’s a very quiet area. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view but a lot of construction going on with the units.

It was a perfect family vacation spot. Basketball cornhole ping pong swimming and each room has a fireplace. Right on lake and staff was so sweet

We booked this place because if the jacuzzi and pool, as we ran a 7 mile train run and knew our muscles would be sore afterwards. Jacuzzi was not working and the pool was gross with bugs. We asked the front desk if there were any jacuzzi rooms we could upgrade to, but she said they weee booked. However, the parking lot was almost bare, so not so sure that was a truthful statement. No safes in the room either.

The outside was nice but a little decieving on the website as to the proximty and view of the lake. #10 had a jacuzzi that smelled like urine , the carpet was stained not to mention the hardest bed ive ever slept in . No seating area due to the jacuzzi s size. This should be taken town a place a couch instead . The tv was too small to be able to watch tv in bed

My husband and I absolutely loved this hotel. The areas is beautiful. Hotel is nice and clean & Quiet the scenery is unforgettable. We absolutely love the lake view absolutely gorgeous. We will definitely be coming back.
