Central location, grand exterior, room was generously sized but decor not particularly luxurious. A bit stuffy in the room ( 25 degrees c. ) as they turn off the climate control in the autumn, I guess to save energy/costs. The windows can be opened but that didn’t help if you want to shut out light and noise.
Very helpful staff, organised transfers to/from Santiago with the excellent driver Adrian.
I like the option of eschewing housekeeping service in return for a free drink at the bar.

We enjoyed our 1-night stay at the NH Vigo hotel, which was recommended to us by locals. Appreciate the central location and super helpful staff. Clean & comfortable room. Breakfast was terrific!

Parking is a problem. You have use hotel valet parking for 22 euro, or underground public parking for 2 euros per hour. The streets a packed by cars of the residents.

I loved this hotel stay! It was just what we needed.
Everything is close by, the parking was not difficult at all, and the breakfast was top notch.
Only suggestion I would make is to better the wifi connection, it was very unstable for us when we where in our room.

One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet, which was nothing short of amazing. There was a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, catering to all tastes and dietary needs. It was the perfect start to each day.
The location of the hotel is another major plus.

Decent room but temperature was too high as AC was not working properly. Temperature of 23C at night is a few degrees too much for good sleep. Nice location though but high price for the quality of the room.

This is one of the best, most spacious and comfortable hotels I’ve stayed at, with the most incredible service you will ever find. Special shout out to “Alberto”, he welcomed us and made us feel at home, same with “Saray”, always a smile on her face. Super special shout out to “Marcos”, WOW!!! I won’t give specific details about the circumstances because he did so much for us in such a short time, all I can say is the level of customer service and professionalism he displayed was far beyond what anyone could expect, going out of his way to help us. This hotel is comfortable, rooms are ample and very clean, it’s situated in a very central location, food was very good and fresh at breakfast and the restaurant very good too.

This was my first visit to Vigo and it is an amazing place that few people will have on their holiday agenda. It is an amazing city with lots to do and see and incredible scenery around it. The hotel made the journey worthwhile and is 10 minutes downhill from the main station. Beautiful building, good staff and the bedroom was amazing. Would highly recommend both Vigo and this hotel to anyone thinking of visiting.

We stayed in a junior suite. The room was clean and very spacious. The hotel is located about 10 to 15 minutes walk from both train stations and is a short walk to the old part of city and port. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel, and would stay again here.

The hotel General Manager kindly areanged an early Check In for ys as we had an early arrival time. A FREE drin if re-use towels, a nice Green initiative, so we got a Complimentary drink each. The location is perfect for all the sights of the city.
