Very basic, poor facilities. Price far too high for standard of room. No provision for hot drinks. Shower had to be manually disconnected and reconnected to change from handheld to rain head. Parking limited, cramped and expensive. Receptionist friendly and helpful but had no support to fix any issues.

Ich war beruflich in der Region und habe zwei Nächte in einem Business Zimmer verbracht. Der Checking spät Abends um 22:00 war sehr freundlich und schnell. Unter dem Hotel befindet sich ein Parkhaus, über welches man mit dem Lift oder der Treppe ins Hotel gelangt. Preis pro Tag 8EuroIm Zimmer fiel mir als aller erstes der dreckige Fussboden auf, überall Flecken. Das WC ist etwa auf Raststätten Niveau, die Schüssel roch und sah kaputt aus, die Duschkabine war okay. Mit dem Bett war ich zufrieden, frisch, sauber und bequem. Am Morgen als ich das Zimmer verlassen wollte, hatte ich die Türklinke in der Hand, diese scheint nicht richtig montiert zu sein.Am ersten Tag war ich im 6:30 frühstücken, alles okay, nichts besonderes.Am zweiten Tag um 9:30, da war das Buffet praktisch leer und wurde nicht mehr nachgefüllt.Den Aufpreis für das Businesszimmer kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Nicht wenn man so ein schmuddliges Zimmer bekommt. Checkout verlief problemlos. Mir wurden Snacks aus der Minibar geschenkt. Das Personal sticht mit Freundlichkeit hervor, kann jedoch die Defizite nicht wett machen.WiFI im Raum 318 nicht zu gebrauchen. Ich würde nicht nochmals hier übernachten.

Rosenheim is first of all a really nice city. I just made the mistake of choosing this hotel for my trip. It seems like the hotel is situated in a old hospital. The rooms are small but clean. Big disadvantage is that you can hear the conversations of your neighbors literally. The big no go for me to never ever return to this hotel again is that the complete hotel smells like cigarette smoke which is disgusting.

Centre of Rosenheim and walking distance to loads of restaurants etc. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and the rooms were clean and modern. I would definitely stay here again!

Many other Tryp hotels are much much better this definitely is never a 4 star hotel. the only positive is its closeness to town center although there are other better and cheaper hotels just as close to town. I will stay away from this hotel in future.

A really good option for the centre of Rosenheim. The service was excellent, rooms were comfy and the only let down was the ageing style of the hotel.

Hotel was not well maintained, carpet dirty, toilet/shower leaked onto carpet in hallway of room. Very small room, no air (they did provide a fan on request).

Super location in Rosenheim. Smallish room but with all the amenities. Accommodatiing staff.

Nice room but a bit tight. Good room service. WIFI a bit sporadic and temperature on shower was a bit hard to regulate. Great location and reasonable parking fee.

It was a good location and very close to downtown and the train station. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was simple, but nice. The business center was convenient and appreciated.

Within walking distance to shops an restaurants, rooms are recently remodeled, but are small. Internet access was a little bit unreliable.
