Convenient just outside the city centre and nearby supermarkets and shopping centre. Clean facilities and friendly staff. No complaints and can recommend to stay here.

In downtown area with cafe on street, really good if you are a people watcher, staff outstanding, rooms are well kept and welcoming, could not fault at all and would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay completely - have tried to book again with children tho , and have been unable to book a single family room , with three beds and a cot , which is disappointing and has meant we have had to book elsewhere

Ok hotel, but quite basic. Clean and functional, reasonably priced with friendly staff but the rooms are tired and the sound insulation from the main road is poor.

Just a one night stop as part of our bike tour. Only unfortunate thing was that the bar and restaurant don’t open on a Sunday. Found a nice local bar to have dinner in the end.

All great. We paid extra and parked in the hotel underground as hoped. Noticed the street parking was very busy. Excellent family room - very spacious.

Great location along main avenue, near Plaza de Toros. Cafeteria at the hotel was great for quick breakfast and good value. Comfortable beds and enjoyed walking to Valladolid centre for tapas!

A very nice hotel.

We arrived later than expected, so the late check in was great. Trying to find parking was a bit of a challenge. The hotel receptionist directed us to a good parking lot. Our room was very nice and clean. It was a great value staying there. We were very pleased.

Well located for visiting a historic city that has many interesting attractions

We used this hotel as our base for sight seeing in the city and visits to neighbouring cities in Castile

Cold and rainy but very confortable historical hotel. Had a hard time finding it and getting to it but once there, it was just great.

Very nice hotel, new and clean. The rooms are not huge (comfort) but adequate for a short stay. The bed is massive and very comfortable. Sound insulation is not as good as it should be - we could clearly hear everything in the room next to us. The buffet breakfast was big, varied and the food served of excellent quality. The location of the hotel was perfect - walking distance to airport bus (7-10mns), and to the centre (15-20mns). Bus nb 1 goes from the hotel to the centre, as does nb 2. The area around the hotel is good for shopping, and mingling with locals. The hotel staff are nice and helpful. I would stay here again if I were in valladolid again
