It was a nice room and comfortable however it was a roach in my room in the bathroom

Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Decent breakfast buffet. Conveniently located to several shopping areas and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful stay. The hotel was very nice, clean with friendly staff. The best part was the bed. It was extremely comfortable, and I was able to really rest soundly.

We were disappointed when we arrived and went to our room to find we were given a double Queen room instead of the king room that we had booked. I returned to the front desk and was told that 19 of their king rooms were out of service because of problems.

I paid for two nights but hotel.com only sent an invoice for 1 night. I want to get a refund for one night. I had to pay for 1 night separately.

The property is well kept and modern, the room was super clean and the property was clean overall, the staff is very friendly, housekeeping was efficient, there’s a lot of parking and it was nice that it was free, near a lot of stores and restaurants, property is isolated so it’s quiet when it’s time to sleep, breakfast buffet was excellent, I was able to use the business center and able to print, wifi is strong when I had an important exam, most importantly the AC was working great the whole time and was very strong. 10/10 recommend this place

My stay was cut short because the front desk messed up my reservation. I had three nights paid for and the night clerk canceled my third night. They couldn’t answer or explained what happened but wanted me to pay another night stay. I refused because it was no fault of my own. They played the blame game instead of solving the real problem. I couldn’t get a receipt at first but I got one with my name on it and someone else address on it with my room number and credit card number. When I informed them of a leaking ac unit they knew about. Beds were comfortable. Nice updated room.

They ran out of food for breakfast. Looked like employees allowed family and friends into the hotel to use the pool and eat the food. Very disappointing to have chosen a hotel with breakfast to then not have breakfast provided and over 15 kids in the pool that were not staying there.

This is such a great location. Near many places to eat and shop! Nice clean rooms, decent amount of parking, comfortable beds. We will stay here again on our next visit out to this area!

Every employee that I encountered at this hotel was very friendly, from the night manager that checked me in, housekeeping and the women at the front desk during check out. The hotel was updated and clean and had plenty of well lit parking. Two chain restaurants are in the same complex so food is within a very short walk and it was quiet at night (only noise was the occasional loud motorcycle or car on the highway).

I booked and paid in advanced and my room was modified & upon check-in & had to pay more money and was told that that was the only way i could check-in. Madison didnt even try to research the reservation & see that i had paid. She didnt give me a receipt at the time of checkin even after asking. She just didnt care 😔 now im still awaiting a reply from someone about my refund.

It’s wasn’t as clean and updated as I expected!! Everything is old and needs updating. My overall experience was ok, because I just didn’t wanted to be there. 3 1/2 stars for me!

The room is not quite clean. There was red mold in the corner of the shower and there was a dead fly trapped inside of the light inside of the bathroom. There was a long black hair on the towel in the bathroom as well. The microwave wasn’t entirely clean either. It had a strong stale coffee scent. The bed was comfortable. The refrigerator was clean. I liked that they had breakfast options. The staff in the front is very friendly and always greet you upon arrival and when you’re leaving. The guy who took care of breakfast is polite and helpful too.

The room was not very clean a previous occupants garment bag was found on the floor beside the sofa. I went to the store, bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the room myself
