We slept so well! I love your beds. I want one. I'm serious. How can I get one? Breakfast gave us several options. Thank you. We didn't do anything other than sleep there. Just needed a bed after a family birthday party.

Food choices were not that great but coffee was hot.

Stayed two nights. Attitude of breakfast crew could be improved. At breakfast on second morning the “hot” water was luke warm. When I asked for hot water I was told that’s how it is and to try heating it in the microwave. Really?? The first morning the water was hot. Why not the second morning? Bathroom had some mildew spots. Warning: Parking spaces are tight.

It was clean, bed and pillows were great. Breakfast was great for a hotel style breakfast! The room was modern, spacious and comfortable

I was very happy with my stay here. The room was spacious and clean as was the lobby and breakfast area. It is near Autzen Stadium (Univ. of Oregon) and my girlfriend and I took a nice morning walk around the area including the sports facilities. I thought this was a good choice after my stay based on the price of other hotels and reviews I read about before booking.

I will NEVER stay at this property again! The hot tub (the only feature I booked this hotel for due to my disability) was broken without notice to guests. So different from staying at a true Wyndham property. The manager is no a people person at all. When I stepped in I was the only guest checking in and it was over two minutes before I was acknowledged by either person staying at the property. At checkin we were basically told too bad so sad about the hot tub. I would have left but we were initially told there would be no refund if we did. The first room they attempted to put us in was absolutely full of cigarette smoke and an awful overly strong peppermint odor. I am ALLERGIC to cigarette smoke and tobacco. I had the manager come to the room to smell it. She was so rude stating she could smell something but couldn’t identify it as cigarette smoke. A total lie. My daughter was getting sick from the scents in the room and the bathroom door didn’t lock either. She said she didn’t have a different room for us until I went on about how? Has everyone already checked I for the night? She switched our room and it didn’t have any scent at all upon walking in. So we stayed because every other hotel was fully booked due and we would have been stranded. Second room 209 was dirty. I have photographs and and happy to share. The bed, and the bathroom was gross.There was some nasty crusty stuff on the toilet paper holder. The walls had dirty in them and mold/mildew in the shower. I have

Only complaint was the breakfast. Missing forks, pans with lids that didn't have handles to lift with, dirty tables.

My room was very comfortable and breakfast was great.

We got a free upgrade to a family suite, which was nice. The room was a bit dark. Comfortable bed. Good location for enjoying the park and Eugene itself. Decent breakfast. Manager: FYI, the freezer in room 306 makes loud noises intermittently, which woke us up a few times. Also, the bedside clock needs to be reset - the time is off by about an hour.

The room was clean and cool. The bed had a blanket instead of a duvet. That is a definite plus! The breakfast was fresh and good. The only problem was the parking lot. The underground parking was full and we had to park in the outside parking lots. That was fine except that the spaces were very small. The hotel is dirty, the rooms are old and outdated. The couch was old, with holes in it. Carpet must have been 20 years old. For $350 a night, the hotel should be much better

It was located right next to a great bike path along the River, perfect for me.

Would love to come back again .We were bummed the pool and Jacuzzi were not available. That's why we picked this hotel.

We were there to use the swimming pool and spa but seems they were out of service. Me and my son were disappointed.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Bed were comfortable and the best pillows at a hotel ever! Room was big and clean.

Without mentioning in the time of reservation, pool and hot tub were out of order. Bath tub drain was so awful that we could not take a shower without being in the water up to our knee

I stayed at your property on my way to Seattle and my visit back home. I loved the proximity to the shopping center at Oakway Center. The hotel was immaculate and the customer service from your staff at the front desk was A+

La Quintas are a relaible, economical, dog-friendly hotel chain. We've probably stayed at 20 or more across the country, and even the worst one would be a 3-star. This was one of the best, and I'm happy to give it a 5-star rating.

Great breakfast, nice hot tub and pool. easy access to running trails and University of Oregon

The staff and property was great but I just can’t get over seeing multiple blood stains on the duvet, It made the room feel very unclean and so I just slept without blankets

The night staff were very nice and helped me check in, learn the amenities of the hotel, etc. The morning staff, who claimed to be the manager, was not kind. He stated i can leave half an hour past the check out time then decided that nope he didnt mean that and charged me a $50 fee. He was not respectful in the way he talked to me and really embarrassed me infront of other guests. He really ruined my mood for the rest of my trip.

Suggest carpet cleaning as it turned my socks black and the muggy smelling rooms.
