The motel is quiet, clean and right on the strip of stores and restaurants.

Definitely needs some repairs to halls and exterior. Rooms were fine but old heating and air conditioning units. Towel bar was missing and no towels. Staff was nice and helpful. Unfortunately we had very loud group of. Our floor s did not get good sleep. Price high for what you get.

The room we had only had one plug you could use and it wasn't beside the bed. As someone who uses a cpap machine having a plug beside the bed is a must. There was a plug behind the table but had no cover on it and my plug wouldn't stay in.... very dangerous to begin with. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Let me firstly say that the staff were excellent… it’s what they have to work with that’s sad. This hotel is in need of a Reno. Paint, carpets. The furniture is in poor shape and plumbing needs work. I have no idea what “there is another Company occupying the back section of the hotel” means but it doesn’t make it look good.

DO NOT STAY HERE !!!! This hotel is used as a homeless shelter and the hotel doesn’t let you know .. it’s dirty and very unsafe .. was suppose to stay for two nights but we left after one and only stayed as it was late in the evening and had no were to go .. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL !!!!

Never actually got to the hotel, after reading the horrific reviews on Hotels.com, Google and Trip Advisor I decided not to bring my family here and risk their health and wellbeing. I called Hotels.com and explained the situation and was denied a refund! Will be taking it up with Head Office. Stayed in Niagara and the hotel there explained this is happening to a lot of hotels in Welland and to avoid them all. Travel lodge should be ashamed that they’re letting their hotels get into this state!

We had a nice stay, it would have been a lot more fun for my son if they had a pool. But for rhe price we paid and the time spent we had fun. Super friendly staff!

It was a nice quiet safe area they did not have an ice machine that was functioning on property , the plumbing wasnt working we told staff but nothing was done . Litterally had to pour water in toilet for it to flush. Not cool The room was aging in style and dirty carpets were on floor was gross

The rooms were very clean. One bathroom wall was a little damaged, probably from the humidity in the bathroom.
Beds were great, pillows super & the staff were super.

Second time this year that I have stayed at this hotel for one night. Very quiet at night. AC units are old so check them right away. A little shabby here and there but nothing to really complain about. Staff are always nice and the rooms are clean.

It would have been nice to know that half of the hotel is being used as a homeless shelter. As we wouldn ot have booked there. Location was good. The beds were clean, as was the bathroom, but the place was quite rundown and musty. Thankfully we had our own fan and room spray.

Decent overnight for us and the pups. We got the Kingbed suite. Space. On first floor with a sliding glass door for easy pee walk with the dogs.

Room was not cleaned during our two night stay. Boiled eggs for breakfast were runny. Yogurt ran out and was not replenished (this was early in the morning). Garbage cans were overflowing in kitchen - had to put garbage on the ground next to bin. Ice machine broken.

This location was dirty, sink didn't drain properly. We found bugs in our room. Don't ask me what they were, they were relatively big and reddish in color. Holes in bathroom door, holes in bedskirt, bedskirt was all krinkled up. Dirty, filthy accent chair. Friends of ours were staying there as well and two of the rooms had toilets that didn't flush.

Not the greatest stay. Our room smelled musty and was very out dated. Drainage issue in the sink in the bathroom and toilet was extremely low to the ground. The hotel ice machine was also broken which was very frustrating. Good pub and Starbucks across the street, but we would not stay here again.

2nd time staying at this hotel. Not sure why people give it less than 5 stars. Very clean, surrounded by many restaurants, quiet (something staff can’t really control), typical hotel breakfast, nice staff.

There was an old room the staff arranged for me in the beginning. The carpet was old. There was no flushing water in the toilet after we used few times. Then, they changed another room for us which is much better than the previous one. The floor is clean without carpet.

Well I have never had wrinkled sheets that looked like they had been slept on and covered in hair. (Long hair, short hair ) The staff insisted the room was clean.

The hotel seemed to be residential and for transients and was realllllllly noisy..no thanks, not the stay i expect in a WYNDHAM HOTEL
