In town for a wedding. Very nice hotel. Clean, comfortable, easy parking. Nice breakfast. I loved that they actually had non-fat plain Greek yogurt which is something I normally have every morning. Most places only offer the higher sugar yogurts. Our room was spacious & had a comfortable couch which I believe was a pullout bed but we only used the King. The room setup & lighting was nice.

Recommended by friends that have stayed there a lot. We loved that there was a couch pull out option plus two queen beds. The beds were ok, definitely not the most comfortable. The room was good size, so it took a while to cool it down in the 100° heat. The breakfast was AMAZING! Best free breakfast from a hotel we've ever had.

Some parts may need to update in this facility, but overall this hotel was well cleaned and was enough for us to spend overnight during a long drive.

Wonderful hotel, updated, clean, comfortable, quiet, great breakfasts, freebies in the lobby: water, coffee, cookies, snacks, news papers. I would have liked a firmer pillow, more lower tables in the breakfast area. Pub tables are too high for me. Some exercise equipment needed adjusting.

Staff was very friendly, our room was clean, room rates were reasonable, conveniently located off of the main highway I-5, complimentary good hot breakfast, cookies in the evening, and coffee and lemon water all day. They also had two soup nights but we didnt get to try it out. The Cascade Grill located next door was delicious! The only cons are the room smelled a little musty, the shades didn't cover completely so light came through and had to use a clip to keep it shut, and the A/C heating unit wasnt the greatest. We will definitely be back when we visit the area again! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay in Albany! The front desk staff were friendly, attentive and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was a plus and was hot and tasty. The price was very reasonable as well. We will stay here again when we visit.

The lobby itself was very warm and inviting and had cookies at the front desk, which was a nice surprise for my kids. The continental breakfast was great. The hotel room was great for the price we paid.

Comfort Suites in Albany has a warm and homey feel to it. Teresa in the kitchen makes wonderful minestrone soup and cinnamon rolls. The pool is spacious and the hot tub is hot. The beds are comfortable. We would recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

This is a very nice hotel , but when we checked in I asked are your beds soft , they said yes . But that is not true so I asked for another mattress pad 2 of them did not help .When your bill is 150 dollars less then your mortgage (5 days) you want the soft bed !

The staff at the front desk was genuinely friendly and helpful. When we wanted to make some last-second changes to our reservations, they were courteous and patient with us. A rare ice storm hit the area while we were there, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure the sidewalks were safe. And they kept us informed of updates every time we came into the lobby. One of the best perks were the delicious cookies -- fresh out of the oven--that awaited us in the lobby every time.
