I chose this hotel because of the Spa, which wasn't available... of course.

Disappointing that the pool was not open during our stay. Disappointing that the gym wipes were out, that the light by the bed flickered on and off like a loose wire and disappointing that the room was not squeaky clean- a leftover toothpick and stray hairs.

We stayed Sun-Tues while our house was having some work done, and it was great for what we needed. Room was large and had a small kitchen area. Price was super cheap, and I'm assuming that was due to the waterpark are being closed on those days. But we were fine with that as we wouldn't use that anyway.

The room was spacious and clean. The pool area had a variety of water slides and a lazy river. It was a great place for kids. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying there again.

We didn’t spend much time at the hotel. We were in Brainard for the BIR muscle car races. The only down fall was we were out for a long day at the track and were looking forward to sitting in the hot tub when we returned to the hotel. The hot tub was closed by 9:00 pm. Another time we had a break from the races in the middle of the day so came back to swim and use the hot tub but it was closed from 1-4 pm.

The hotel was ok. Very bland/sterile in the hallways, needed artwork on the walls or something.
Workers were extremely friendly. Water park is geared towards younger kids, but was nice.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The rooms were very neat and tidy. The pool area was fantastic! The halls looked a little beat up from wear, but we were very pleased with the overall experience!

This is our 3rd summer visiting this hotel! We come annually for a weekend getaway with the grandparents. It is our absolute favorite! The rooms are beautiful, the arcade is a blast and we left with lots of goodies from the different claw games! The continental breakfast is delicious, from pancakes to a yogurt parfait bar and lots and lots more! The highlight is of course the water park, it truly has something for everyone! From the little swim zone for the kiddos to big water slides for those on the adventurous side to the lazy river and indoor/outdoor hot tub for those that just want to relax. There's a snack bar in the pool area as well. It's also located RIGHT off 371 by everything you could ever need! Can't wait for last summer already!

This waterpark was perfect for my 7 year old who is still not a super swimmer! She was able to enjoy it without a life jacket as she could touch everywhere. My 11 niece also had a blast!!! Hotel was super clean and staff was great too! Highly recommend for a family trip of all ages! Smaller kids play section was great for little ones and up!

We left a valuable item in our room accidentally and the staff called to notify us and mailed it to our home. They went above and beyond. The room was nice, bed comfortable and quieter than we expected.

We loved it here! Great rooms and very fun pool and Waterpark area! Loved the inside/outside hot tub and lazy river! Great breakfast and snacks by the pool side were good and convenient. Definitely visit the zoo if you’re in the area.

We really like the convenient location of the property near the Brainerd/Baxter area. There are lots of good breakfast food options. My only suggestion for the breakfast area would be to add drinking water. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. We didn't get time to use the waterpark this time around, but we have used it before and we really like it.

Very clean and updated room. Bedding was very comfortable. Other reviews mention the small TV, but we could see it just fine from bed.
Waterpark very clean and like new too! Perfect for any age and there is a pool area that older kids/adults would find adequate. Arcade and fitness room but we did not use.
Usual breakfast options, area was kept clean and well stocked. Overall super great value and I'd stay here again!

The kids had a blast at the waterpark. Other than it having a crapload of chlorine….it hurt your eyes, it was so strong. The staff were all lovely and accommodating. Our room had a leaky window so hopefully that gets fixed or it could be a problem eventually. Breakfast was good for a hotel. Definitely would stay here again if in the area.

Food was underneath furniture when I went to move it to get hide a bed out and animal hair on hide a bed sheets.
