Was charged a $100.00 security deposit which I was not informed of. Needs updates, you can see where they tried to make repairs but it was not a good job. Breakfast made my significant other ill.

This is our preferred hotel when visiting family close by. It can’t be beat for convenience! The staff were very friendly and eager to be of service. Only 29 minutes from the major airport, there are lots of gas stations, restaurants, and quick-shop stores nearby. We will return.

Hotel was clean. Check-in was smooth. Room was all in working order. Plenty of accessible parking. Did not use pool, but looked nice and clean. I will say it is one of the worst beds we have ever had. It was so lumpy and slanted toward the middle. Room was nice and dark, which was enjoyable. Breakfast was so so. Frozen precooked sausage. No potatoes. Danish didn't taste very good. A good decent hotel, but not great

Stingy with the clean towels. Room only had a half roll of toilet paper. We asked for more they gave us one roll. Elevator is sketchy as well as it feels like it might never open. Could use some serious renovations. Continental breakfast was good at least.

I was excited to find a deal for this hotel but should have known it was too good to be true. I checked in beforehand, so arrival was a breeze. After a long day of traveling, all I wanted to do was get in bed. However, I was mortified to discover they didn’t even change the sheets!!!! As soon as I pulled the comforter down I could see food crumbs all over the bed. When my partner called the front desk to report this and change rooms they had the audacity to ask what kind of crumbs were in the bed. Never again!

I visited my hometown and decided to stay here. The hotel is clean and well-kept. Right across the street from beautiful Summitt Park. Nice hotel.

The building is older and it shows, but clean. The staff is friendly. The beds were adequately comfortable but approaching their wear life. The coffee was good and there was real cream, but the pastries were dried out and the rest of the breakfast offerings were below average. Even the waffles were tough!

The mattress cover and quilted pad just went into lumps everywhere. Miserable. The pillows were the lumpiest we've ever experienced. Only one comfortable chair. Bathroom fine. Breakfast good.

What I liked most was the quietness. It was very peaceful. The service was good. What I disliked most was the pool was in disrepair. The floors in the lobby could have been cleaner as well the floor in the elevator. The bathrooms need new bathtubs, they were old and dingy. In one of the rooms the bathroom floor had black marks that could not be cleaned.

Had a great stay. Staff went the extra mile at the breakfast area as well as for housekeeping. Manager on duty personally asked how our stay was during our breakfast. Will stay again.

Water pressure was bad. The longe chair in the room was hard as a rock and the first room I was in didn’t have a clock radio. Was told they didn’t have them but when I had to move to another room because the tv wasn’t getting any channels the new room had one.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast area was roomy, with a nice selection of breakfast items. The room was comfortable but needed some cosmetic things. The shower floor was peeling, and some spots on the ceiling needed repair. They have limited staff, so if you are staying over the weekend past Sunday, you must request extra towels. We would stay here again if needed.

Started out rough, employees got nicer as our stay went on. Shower was awful. Mildew smell in our room. Bed was not comfortable. Probably won’t stay again. It was just very convenient for our stay, but not worth it.

A great hotel— clean and nice! Staff were really friendly and breakfast was good. Our favorite part, across the street is an awesome park that has an awesome playground and food options, also does movie nights on Fridays.

I didn't like the unexpected $100 "incidental" fee added to my credit card for each of our 2 rooms. The desk clerk said it was for any property damage. The sign mentioning the $100 incidental fee only mentioned debit card and i argued that i was using my credit card and the desk ckerk said the cards were the same. They are not. Also, one of the cleaning people came into our room to vkean but we had left the DO NOT DISTURB sign out until we returned from breakfast for my husband to take his medicine. Also, the hotel had a policy that a guest only gets clean sheets and towels every 3 days.

My husband and I stayed here the weekend after our wedding. It felt quiet, clean, and relaxing. The room was spacious and clean, and we loved having the tv we could cast our phones on. Bed was super comfy and everything felt very nice for the price!
