Hotel was clean. Check-in was smooth. Room was all in working order. Plenty of accessible parking. Did not use pool, but looked nice and clean. I will say it is one of the worst beds we have ever had. It was so lumpy and slanted toward the middle. Room was nice and dark, which was enjoyable. Breakfast was so so. Frozen precooked sausage. No potatoes. Danish didn't taste very good. A good decent hotel, but not great

Stingy with the clean towels. Room only had a half roll of toilet paper. We asked for more they gave us one roll. Elevator is sketchy as well as it feels like it might never open. Could use some serious renovations. Continental breakfast was good at least.

I was excited to find a deal for this hotel but should have known it was too good to be true. I checked in beforehand, so arrival was a breeze. After a long day of traveling, all I wanted to do was get in bed. However, I was mortified to discover they didn’t even change the sheets!!!! As soon as I pulled the comforter down I could see food crumbs all over the bed. When my partner called the front desk to report this and change rooms they had the audacity to ask what kind of crumbs were in the bed. Never again!

Had a great stay. Staff went the extra mile at the breakfast area as well as for housekeeping. Manager on duty personally asked how our stay was during our breakfast. Will stay again.

Water pressure was bad. The longe chair in the room was hard as a rock and the first room I was in didn’t have a clock radio. Was told they didn’t have them but when I had to move to another room because the tv wasn’t getting any channels the new room had one.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast area was roomy, with a nice selection of breakfast items. The room was comfortable but needed some cosmetic things. The shower floor was peeling, and some spots on the ceiling needed repair. They have limited staff, so if you are staying over the weekend past Sunday, you must request extra towels. We would stay here again if needed.

The entire hotel looked and felt dingy. I stepped into the room looked around at the uncleanliness, smelled the mold, and went straight to the front desk to ask for a refund.

Started out rough, employees got nicer as our stay went on. Shower was awful. Mildew smell in our room. Bed was not comfortable. Probably won’t stay again. It was just very convenient for our stay, but not worth it.

A great hotel— clean and nice! Staff were really friendly and breakfast was good. Our favorite part, across the street is an awesome park that has an awesome playground and food options, also does movie nights on Fridays.

I didn't like the unexpected $100 "incidental" fee added to my credit card for each of our 2 rooms. The desk clerk said it was for any property damage. The sign mentioning the $100 incidental fee only mentioned debit card and i argued that i was using my credit card and the desk ckerk said the cards were the same. They are not. Also, one of the cleaning people came into our room to vkean but we had left the DO NOT DISTURB sign out until we returned from breakfast for my husband to take his medicine. Also, the hotel had a policy that a guest only gets clean sheets and towels every 3 days.

My husband and I stayed here the weekend after our wedding. It felt quiet, clean, and relaxing. The room was spacious and clean, and we loved having the tv we could cast our phones on. Bed was super comfy and everything felt very nice for the price!

Very average place. The reviews were high when I looked. However, in my opinion, there is nothing special about the place. There is nothing wrong with the place per se. No staff for cleaning existed on the weekend. Breakfast was included and it was actually pleasant. The desk staff members were pleasant. I requested a wake up call but it happened an hour later than I wanted - they called the wrong room. Fortunately, I had my phone as a backup alarm clock. I did not realize that the window view was of a concrete office park. Not pretty but the room was a decent and fairly clean room. Again, average place.

They cut off the TV service in the morning so all you can get is your bill and a summary of your account. You can't watch any television on the day you are leaving. That kinda stinks. Then, like a lot of hotels, your key card no longer works when you return from breakfast! It's like, "hurry and get out of here"!

No housekeeping all weekend, seemed not to have a drinks vending machine on my floor (only snacks), no shampoo in room, breakfast was available early one day and not the next so hard to plan.

I did not like the man that took care of the breakfast on Monday morning. He made my granddaughter and I feel very uncomfortable. Watching us eat and standing right by the food. I had to say excuse me to get some eggs. It was really awkward and uncomfortable. I felt rushed also. We came down at 8:15 for breakfast.

The property was busy with traveling teen sports teams. The common area was full in the evenings with loud groups of parents consuming a lot of alcohol. Teens were left to roam our floor unsupervised until early morning 1-1:30 am. This happened both nights we stayed. Bathroom was dirty with hairs in the bathtub. Only one elevator worked so basically had to take the stairs the entire time because it was so busy.

Decent breakfast, affordable pricing. Room could have been cleaner. Managed walked in room without knocking at 10:30am , after I did pre check out and noted that I was checking out at 11:00am . I was in shower and my 5yr old daughter was sitting at desk eating cereal. She was terrified and I must note he never knocked . As I was showering with the door open.

Location is great. There’s a park across the street. Very quiet on the weekend. Our room was very clean which is of primary importance to me. The finishes seemed a bit dated but again everything was spotless. The bed was comfortable and I got a food night’s sleep.
The breakfast is decent but don’t wait until the last minute because the attendant cleans up immediately at the end of the stated meal time. Check in and check out were easy and quick.

Second stay in 6 weeks. Everything was great as was the first stay. This time my wife traveled with me. She agrees with my assessment of our stay.

You can tell the hotel has been there for awhile. Our room showed its wear and tear. I’m not sure I would stay there again.
