Enjoyed our stay. The hotel was super clean, updated and with bright colors. They had just renovated. They have a pool and hot tub, I called a few days prior to check to make sure they were working and they were and when we arrived they were working too. Very happy about that especially during the cold weather season. The beds were super comfortable. And then food was fantastic. Staff were great too. We’d definitely stay again.

Service was excellent. Britney was very personal and we felt like valued travelers. Hotel was very clean, really liked the room and reading chair in corner. Breakfast was good, housecleaning was super kind, pool and hot tub were empty both times we went. Only complaint was the family above us—lots of jumping, moving furniture and adults yelling, late and very very early, so not soundproof enough for that.

The stay was great but the only reason we booked this hotel and paid more money was because of the hot tub, which I was told when checking in that it was out of order. No offer to lower the price or compensate except for a free bottle of water which they give anyway.

It was very clean and inviting. Gal at the front desk was very nice and cheery. We booked a king size bed but got to the room and there were 2 queens. Decided to keep the room. The hotel was updated and breakfast was good.

Although I didn’t ask for it, would not have accepted, was not told and discover until I got the the room, I was in a room that had a connecting door the another room. The connecting room must have been empty my first night, but the second day someone checked in mid-afternoon and cranked up the volume on the tv, and also loud talked phone calls that I could not help but hear every word of both sides of the conversation. I was trying to rest and this not only made it impossible. it also irritated the heck out of me. When I left the hotel for dinner, I hoped it would be better, but instead it was even louder. I tried to ignore it, I put in earplugs, but it was impossible to sleep and by 11:00 I was pretty angry. I consider this poor soundproofing a defect in the facility, and also don’t appreciate being placed in a connecting room without being first advised.

1h to check in is ridiculous. I was finishing a 13h drive. We arrived with 2 kids at 11:30pm and didn’t get into our room until 1:30am. Hilton is not a customer centric company

The stay at the hotel was great!
No extra charge for having a pet.
Did have to ask for more toilet paper, there is no space for storage. The dispenser for conditioner was empty or just couldn't get it out. We've stayed here several times in the past, and the hotel has been remodeled since we stayed last.

This is where we stay when we are in Lincoln. Great place. This time the only issue we had was that since they only clean the rooms every day, we requested clean towels for the following morning. The lady at the front desk was not happy about our request and said that she would have to leave the desk to get them but that she would bring them up as soon as she could. The towels never arrived. We were leaving very early the next morning so we just made due.

Excellent front desk welcome and service. Everyone you encountered that worked there was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff kept everything hot and fresh, and enjoyed our conversations. Exceptionally clean, updated, and very comfortable rooms and beds! We needed anything they responded promptly. Will definitely return to this facility.

Wolf in sheep online pictures. Room was gross. One step above a motel 6, smelled of strong mildew, Marijuana, and we will never stay at a Hampton Inn. The staff were AMAZING though, which is the only reason we didn’t leave.

Room had no air conditioning.. waited an hour for the office people to try to work on the AC which they did not get working and they decided to get us a different room. At this point the toilet was flooded all over the place when we walked in! It was just a terrible experience . Was told I would be getting a discount but never happened.

With my 1st stay here on 5/20/2024: I selected the "pay at the property" option with Expedia. Upon check-in I was told that I could not pay at the hotel, that I would need to take that up with the 3rd party vendor that I made my reservations with. Staff refused to take an alternate payment.
With my 2nd stay 5/24/2024: I gave staff member my name and said I had a reservation. She said she did not have a reservation for me. She asked me to spell my last name, then continued to say, "Oh, I see you checked in online". I told her that I did not check in online. She then told me that another employee had checked me in. I asked why they would do that. She said she didn't know. I then asked if she could take payment now, in which she said "yes".
Staff needs some serious training in regards to check in process. However, the rest of the stay was excellent! Clean and comfortable hotel.

It's a solid budget hotel. Most of the standard amenities with some design touches/choices that are meant to feel high dollar, but miss the mark functionally, like the glass shower doors that open constantly unless you close them in a particular order, or the lack of hooks/bars in the bathroom. However the bed was extremely comfortable.
