I am writing to report an incident involving a member of the hotel staff during our recent stay at the hotel. On 9 May, my wife was approached by a staff member who touched her face without consent and made unwelcome remarks along the lines of "you are very cute".
This behavior is deeply concerning and unacceptable. As guests, we expect professionalism and respect from staff at all times.
Unfortunately to make it worse, when addressed to the hotel manager, he didn't apologise or anything just said that he will not do anything and if we want we should go to the police.
We demand that this matter will be taken seriously and expect a prompt respond.

We chose this hotel for our stay in Logrono.
It was ok. The room was suitably for a couple of nights but it wouldn’t have suited us for anything longer.
The lack of windows in the breakfast room made it feel uncomfortable.
The breakfast was ok but not as good as others we had experienced elsewhere.
The staff were friendly and efficient.

Overall very good experience. Room was small as I they are throughout Europe, but well appointed. Lobby bar was hit or miss. Location was beyond perfect- just close enough to everything in Logroño. Parking was awful but we knew this would be true. Only big issue was climate control- with the window open (it was in the 50’s to low 60’s F) and the air conditioning on, I don’t think the room ever got below 80-ish.

Perfect location and great for a couple of nights in Logrono. Lovely hotel, spacious clean modern rooms. A couple of minutes walk from the old town and plenty of tapas bars. Staff really helpful.
If driving would recommend to use the public underground parking next to the hotel. Its safe and the same price. Unless you've a tiny car the hotel's carpark spaces are tiny and really difficult to get in and out of (as with the carpark itself).

hotel front desk service was good ,went all out to help us get a coffee filter as the wine we opened had a broken cork.

Very convenient location to bars, restaurants, and shops. David the bartender at the hotel was my favorite part of our stay there. This month will be his 20 year anniversary and I hope he sees this review THANK YOU FOR YOUR 20 YEARS DAVID!!
The other staff were also very accommodating and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Clean, modern rooms. Soft beds. Great location. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby. Easy, five minute walk to Calle Del Laurel. Friendly and helpful staff who spoke some English.
Onsite parking is expensive. Safe, free public parking is across the street, just about a block away.

We stayed on a Saturday night on the 5th floor but noise from the street below kept us awake until 5:30am in the morning.

Great location, friendly staff, only down side was I parked my car in the garage but was not told that there was a charge until it appeared on my bill in the morning... €18 to park my car in the garage for one night is an obscene amount!

We had a great stay. The hotel was comfortable and provided easy access to Calle Laurel, where you can do a "tapas crawl." We had three people, so I slept on a rollaway bed. It wasn't the most comfortable, but it was fine. The regular beds were more comfortable. I would recommend staying here.

Every thing we expected. Found the parking a little bit expensive & very tight to navigate about the underground garage but this is typical of the area . Staff is pleasant and helpful. Room was quiet and clean . I would stay there again.

The hotel staff were very helpful and polite. The lobby was beautiful and the breakfast was nice. The hotel is in a great location just a stroll from the old town. Unfortunately when we arrived we were given a room that stank of smoke. We were moved immediately to a new room which smelled very damp and musty. We opened the window and left it open for the duration kf the stay which helped. The decor in the room was very old fashioned although the lobby was quite modern. Not a 4 star hotel in my opinion but I would stay here again due to location.

Excellent. Only complaint is that there was no iron available - you have to pay three euros to have a shirt ironed. Otherwise a perfect stay.

very good check in, said car park was full, but we parked there anyway there was spaces, paid 19 euros to gate man in morning, lots of places closed by 10pm, breakfast a bit chaotic,

Well located hotel on the main avenue in Logrono, and only a few minutes from the old town with its fantastic food and drink. Looking a bit old fashioned now though with décor needing an update. My room was large and so was the bathroom, plenty of space to relax. TV signal a bit dodgy though. Free wifi throughout. Good value for my stay, too.

Rated as a 4 star in Spain, this hotel was anything but. Only one clerk to check us in (but it was very late at night) and then the room was very shabby. Towels were frayed, window would not open (very stuffy room), the final straw was a glass of wine (?) had been spilled on the bed through all bedding. It took a long time to change rooms as there was only one clerk and he was busy. Second room was heavy smoking (we requested non smoking), finally the 3rd room worked. By now 1 1/2 hrs had passed. Breakfast was very expensive, Bars on either side were much more reasonable. Location was fine for us as the hotel is on the main drag very close to the Camino Santiago which we were starting to hike the next morning.
