We stay here at least twice a year. We book a room with a sofa and small mini kitchen. They accept pets for a fee. We have my family over when we come to town and are able to have them up to our room. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Very disappointed, ranks as one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. There was a musty damp odor throughout the hotel. The elevator was dirty. The bedding was so thin you could see the yellow stains on the pillows underneath. The towels were damp and thin. There was hair in our bed and it was questionable if the sheets had been washed from the prior guest. I woke up to ants crawling on our beds and nightstand and my daughter pointed out boogers on the wall next to the bed. What makes it all worse is the misleading pictures online that give the impression this is a newly remodeled hotel but upon closer inspection they are architect generated images. I paid $258 for one night in this hotel and when I asked for a refund I was told the manager would be notified of my request but no money returned.

From dirty, sticky carpet to sink not draining - not a hotel I would ever stay in again.

Do not stay here!!! This is one of the worst hotel stays I have experienced. The entire hotel smelled horrible. It was dirty, carpet has not been vacuumed in what looked like weeks. Towels were super thin and had stains. Mirror over the sink had a large crack. Elevator was broken. Smoke detector was dangling from the ceiling. Security latch above deadbolt was missing. I could go on about how bad it was but I will leave it there. Pay the extra and stay somewhere else.

We will not stay there again.

The pictures on website vs actuality of rooms are not accurate. Room has partial hole in sheet rock. Water stain on sheetrock in bathroom. Bathroom door handle nearly falling off. Overall condition of hotel is very bad

Simply disgusting, rather disturbing, and quite creepy. Everything that can be wrong is most definitely wrong. Go literally anywhere else.

The room was very damp and musty. Had a moldy smell in the room.

The carpet in the elevator looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in years. I was in room 227 and it smelled like at one point was a smoking room. The smell of smoke was bad.

The room smelled horrible like mold and mildew. The drain around the tub was full of muck. The carpet was dirty as well

The staff make the hotel feel like home. They are all kind. They are all helpful. They are all considerate. I really like this hotel. It isn't fancy but it is good.

Dirty bedding. Was given new sheets. When I remade the bed, I saw how unclean the mattress topper and under the mattress was. If a family member hadn’t borrowed my car I would have considered leaving. The carpet and sofa had stains as well. I’ve had okay stays with this hotel in the past.

The room had a very funky smell. The bedding was not warm. It's was thin and no blankets or heavy comforter was used. I had to use bathroom towels on top to try and trap bodyheat. Unfortunately, a mistake in booking by me cost me more money. We arrived after midnight and I had booked a room using that new date. Rather than the clerk canceling our reservation he charged us an ADDITIONAL $25.00 more and told us we could have the room now and check out at 2 p.m. vs 11:00 a.m. We did not need the room beyond the few additional hours. A medical emergency had brought us here for a family member. This transaction left a less than favorable taste in my mouth. Yes, we made the mistake but he took advantage of it by not correcting it when it was explained. Up till now I had excellent interactions and stays at Microtel. If we find ourselves in this position again we will not seek this location out.

Mildew and mold in the bathroom, food on the floor, one bed had stained sheets, oily or greasy smudges on the mirror behind the beds, some sort of fluids on the wall, smell of pot poor I g into our room as there was a huge gap in door frame and door. Door slammed around you everything shakes was woken up all night, freeway next to it can be heard as if windows wide open. Do not recommend under any circumstance.

Staff nice but the room smelled like stale cigarettes and remained throughout the stay. It is noted that the motel is non smoking. Not sure if it is just so embedded in the carpet, drapes or whatever else, but it was so bad. We were moving our child in college, so we were gone from room most of the day but gross upon return.

microwave did not work like the last time.

Lots of parking. Nice and helpful front desk. Comfortable bed. Adequate breakfast. Spotty Wi-Fi. Mild unpleasant odor. Older property needs some work on doors that don’t close properly.

It served my purposes at the time but i will find other accommodation next time

Great place to stay.

Rooms smelled like smoke, hallways smelled like drugs. Was not able to understand the person at the front desk. The bathroom was just old and rusty and the bathtub gross. Bed was clean.

This was a sparkling clean room. It was in good repair, as were all the areas we were in. Some highway noise. The cycling of the air conditioner was some of the quietest of places I’ve stayed. Breakfast was the usual yogurt, bread, cold cereal, coffee, juice and the flipper waffle iron.

Better than expected, would stay here again.

for the price it was ok. the tub was stained and dirty. the air conditioner was dirty. the rug was worn out and dirty.

Excellent place to stay, staff courteous inattentive. Continental breakfast with stellar, food hot and well stocked.
