No soap, no towels, trash was left from previous guests

Had a nice stay, but hotel couldn’t use some upgrades.

The website lied about having an indoor pool on the property. When we checked in and attempted to go to the pool we we're told that the website needs to be updated and the pool is actually down the street at the REC CENTER!! To make it worse Hotels.com refused to compensate us despite confirming with Lisa at the front that there is no pool access on the property and we'd driven 8 hours from Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. So, we were not pleased that we traveled so far to be stuck in a rinky dink hotel because everything else was booked due to the 4th of July.

My room was very dirty and the refrigerator didn’t work and the shower was very dirty and the sheets on the bed was not very clean.

The Room only had 2 towels for 5 guest in the room, I called the front desk to get additional towels and she said I would have come to the desk. She handed me two additional towels and I asked her for another and she said that is all she could let me have. I informed her again that we have 5 people and she said she was sorry that was all I could have.

Furniture old, linen dingy and stained, peculiar odor, beds were small! Continental breakfast was a joke! Staff were friendly and helpful!

First room had broken electrical switch and outlet covers. Air conditioner control panel would not work so AC could not be adjusted. I was told at the front desk that there were no more rooms available. There was no one available to look at the A/C. When we returned that night, i returned to the front desk, and my room was swapped for a room with a working AC. However, it was already 10:30pm, and we had to pack everything up and move rooms.

It’s needs to make a better choice of breakfast and the bed are not comfortable . The customer service great and the rooms are clean.

The hotel did not have everything as advertised on their website. No coffee in rooms, continental breakfast consisted of only cornflakes and bread, and their pool was out of service. We were extremely disappointed and would not recommend this location.

The stay was okay, for the price paid- nothing fancy. Plenty of hot water & cool air. There was a layer of dust on lamps, dresser-bed was okay- a little too soft. The light/ fan switch in the bathroom had to be wiggled to get it to come on.

Terrible and dirty.

The floors were not clean. Stayed two nights on check-out day, stepped on and killed a baby roach. Saw two more baby roaches before I was able to leave the room. Breakfast was supposed to be served at the hotel each day. It was not available on the first morning of my stay. The registration person was great and very accommodating. Wish I had asked for her name.

The staff was wonderful. The room however, it was very dirty. The floor had crumbs and candy all over it, the sink area had hair everywhere, and the countertops were all wet and sticky. Also, the bed squeaked, but that’s not a big issue.

Wyndham should visit this place and then put some money into fixing things and hiring staff that is friendly and helpful( this staff is definitely not, especially the front desk worker and ) does more than 1 word answers. The best part was that the bed was comfortable. Besides that, the security lock on the door had loose screws, the lock itself repeatedly was stuck and very hard to use, some of the plastic switchplates were broken, the light switch to the toilet and tub room had to be jiggled every time I tried to turn on the light- an electrician hazard, the paint on the whole ceiling in the tub room was peeling off, walls had large scratch marks with no attempt to touch them up, and the “breakfast was a joke- the choices were cheap stale muffins, white bread, cornflakes and milk or a small container of strawberry yogurt. I tried the orange juice from the machine but it came out a dirty yellow brown color. I would never recommend this motel (since the doors open to the outside, it is not a hotel), nor would I ever stay there again! And it is definitely worth the money that they are charging. Wyndham should be embarrassed to have their name on a place like this!

The pictures of the Baymont are deceiving ! I came a little early to try and check in, the front desk person told me it would be 20.00 extra for early check in. She eventually waived that, gave me a key to a room and the room wasn’t cleaned! So I went back to the front desk and got another room key, got in that room, the bed was made but the sink and bathroom wasn’t cleaned, towels everywhere and the floor wasn’t clean either! So I took that key back and told her that I would come back expecting a clean room. I walked in checked the bathroom, black hair all over the tub! Floor still dirty! So I went and purchased bleach cleaner and cleaned the bathroom and sink myself. Went to the front desk asked the new lady that was there for a broom and dust pan oh and a plunger! And told her if I’m cleaning my own room I expect something off my stay! And she agreed, said she would send a message to the owners. Once I sweeped the floors , I took the cleaner and sprayed the floors in the bathroom and in front of the sink. OMGEE! The dirt that was on the hand towel was disgusting! And the owner had the nerve to say he would take 15.00 off my bill! This has put a bad taste in my mouth for the Baymont’s in any city! I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life! My first twice was the Hampton but they were booked! I even called once I got to the Baymont and saw the condition of the room!

It is the worst ever i was out of $80 dollars & did not even have a place to stay the hotel was booked for the wrong location i contacted the bsymont as well as Expedia both to get a refund or atleast change the location to Albany GA & i was denied both.. I would never recommend baymont nor to book with Expedia to anyone.. No one even cared to help me & that was the only $80.00 i had. I explained that to them as well as i have my children with me and we are gonna have to sleep in the car if they didnt give me a refund or change the location but neither place even cared that it was my last little bit of money

Good stay overall. No issues. Cheap easy going place. Didn’t take advantage of the breakfast because I slept in so I don’t know how that is. Microwave and fridge in the room. If you’re looking for a cheap no frills spot. Not a bad spot.

Great place to stay with family

Shower drain full of hairs , I had to use gloves and cleaned it. Room phone dusty, there were no tissues , TV didn’t work , beds Were not made.

Spacious room with comfortable bed and great shower. Had problrms with direct tv and remote but front desk person successfully helped clear it up.

Was good looking from outside, but inside was dirty, the safety lock was missing, and there was no coffee pot. Breakfast was also very minimal.

For the price I guess that is what you get. Dust on phone, hair on the bathroom floor, liquid marks dried up on the nightstand and desk, remote with dried stuff between the buttons, the dust piles along the perimeter of the rooms and the random peanut that stayed in the same spot the whole time. Whoever came into my room when I stepped out for breakfast (off site) left an extreme odor of marijuana in my room. Plus I left the do not disturb sign on my door and still cleaning people came in. I was gone for barely an hour and they only grabbed used towels. By the looks of the room I choose to not even attempt the free breakfast. The attendant at the desk was nice, but customer service has altered. She didn’t even take her airbus out to greet me. Wasn’t engaging or outgoing.

This property does NOT have a pool onsite. I booked a room for 3 people and was only given 2 towels. We were told that they did not have anymore when requested extra. The facility is much older than it looks in the pictures.

Service and price were great. Smell and security were bad. Smelled like an ashtray and looked as though the door had been kicked in. Stains were a bit concerning… but had stayed in worse as an exhausted driver looking for sleep.
