Room not so clean and smelled. Complained about the dog next door kept trying to come in our room and it was bleeding and they didn’t do anything for us or make neighbor bring dog inside . And I had 3 kids

Old run down. Chunks of ceiling finish missing. Obviously jacked up rates to take advantage of disaster victims. Staff was nice but didn’t make up for run down conditions.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel/motel, the room smelled of smoke and when I removed my shoes at night, the carpet was wet throughout and dirty. Will never ever recommend this place! Really surprise Wyndham has their name attached to this place. If it weren't for parents weekend at the college where my son attends, we would have moved. But all the surrounding lodging was full.

We booked a non smoking room, and the room smelled like cigarette smoke. Burn stains on bathtub. Room felt damp. There is a required 150 dollar deposit that is not mentioned while booking.

It was dirty as soon as I opened the door it was the smell of dirty feet and dog urine. I was booked for 14 days and the pool was down the entire time. I will never stay there again.

The property is old and need of updating. The baseboards and calking in the bathrooms need to be cleaned and the calking needs to be removed and re-calked.The tub faucet dripped badly all the time.

We always stay here every 4 months and always enjoy our stay. Room was clean and quiet. Housekeeping checked on us every morning to see if we need anything. We will continue to stay here when we are in town!

Hotel ok, very convenient so restaurants close even walkable distances! Only bad was when other business nearby had trash (garbage pickup) early this Friday morning 4:30am and slammed those cans several time to ground waking us up in my room. We were scared, sounded like car crash or wind storm was coming through!

We have been staying there for years for work in the area i booked through expedia the first night was fine we stayed another night the new manager charged us $150 security deposit with out notice we wasn't charged the first night or any other time we stayed there i wont be doing anymore buisness with them and i wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there in the future that is bad buisness to charge $150 bucks for a deposit and by the way i haven't received my money back yet and when i called i was told to call my bank which i already had done prior to me calling them I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE

Conveniently located. Rooms need cleaned better, dusty, stained bedding. Middle of april for my stay of 4 days, 85 degrees every day but pool not open yet. Was reasonably priced.

We got there about 5pm, the room next door had loud music playing. We left for the event we came for. Got back after 11pm and the music was still playing. I had to call the front desk from my cell because the phone in the room didn't work. They had to call the police to handle the loud music. The A/C in the room worked, but the unit was LOUD. The morning breakfast was horrible.
