It was a great, clean stay with pretty good breakfast and delicious coffee!! The only thing that could use improvement was the tv service! Everything else was perfect!

The hotel lobby and breakfast area was nice. We came in at 6 PM and the hot water and the coffee were cold. One of the reasons we like to stay at Hampton Inn is for the hot coffee and hot water 24/7. When I mentioned this to the person at the desk, she went and got me a cup of hot water. What she should have done was replace the coffee and the hot water. Also, the woman in the breakfast area had long red hair that should’ve been pulled back into a ponytail. She was around the food, replacing things. But she was very nice. The pool was green and murky, and there’s no way I would’ve gone in it!

Room was not clean. Asked for a baby crib and was brought a pack and play covered in another child’s old spit up. My husband also cut his foot on a piece of glass that was in the carpet. Nothing was done for any of the issues.

It was a great place to start very impressed with the entire staff. The rooms were very clean it’s hard to find a clean pet friendly hotel. I will be going back to stay and recommend to others

Excellent staff, however, everyone should have staff shirts and name badges (e.g., buffet employees).
Upon arriving, our initial room had problems, but we were promptly relocated and everything was fine - a shower curtain was missing, but, a replacement was provided.

We enjoyed our visit and would definitely choose to stay there again if we are back in town. Katrina was wonderful at check in. We arrived the same time as several other guests, and she was very efficient but also friendly and kind. My daughter and I really appreciated her customer service!
Breakfast was also a huge hit for us. My daughter especially loved the whipped cream for topping waffles. The breakfast bar was kept stocked and very tidy. They really pay attention to details here.

Typical Hampton Inn property. Good location if you are doing anything in Daniel Island.
My big complain is the bathroom shares a "barn door" with the closet. This leaves a sizeable gap between the door and door frame. If you are traveling with someone and don't need them seeing or hearing you in the bathroom, this is an absolute deal breaker.

Very nice people and staff ! The hotel itself is kind of hidden/secluded hard to find, not much stores nearby. Delicious breakfast, nice pool area, and decent rooms.

Stayed 7 nights in May 2024. Very nice and clean hotel. The pool was large and not alot of activity around it. Very peaceful. They clean the room every other day. Staff very friendly. Very centrally located 20 minute to Charleston and Plantations in each direction.
Hot breakfast changes daily and most of it was really good (did not like the turkey sausage very rubbery). Cereal, waffles, Muffins, bagels, toast, and yogart daily.

The stay was very good. The only complaint was having to use a clip that we had brought for something else to clip together the drapes so the street lamp was not shining in the window all night.

Overall it was a good experience. The tub was a slipping hazard and it also had mold as well as the sink. For a one night stay it was good. The free breakfast was the highlight.

Wonderful hotel, delicious breakfast buffet, amazing staff, very clean. Probably the best bed I have ever slept on in a hotel. Shout out to Marc Winter I believe his name is who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and accommodating!

The room was very clean. Not great service for check in. Beds kind of sucked, sad queen-size pillows for a king bed and a really hard bed. Other than that; clean, nice enough staff, good for a quick night or two.
