They're underconstruction and floor of rooms are uneven and batheoom has no vents an there's sloppy paint job

This was the worst hotel ever. No flush leaking toilet for several days, leak in living area under luggage, mold on window Sill, green pool, lack of concern with overall issues. Beware staying here!!!!

Upon arriving, the lobby smelled like mildew. I thought maybe water had come in from the recent hurricane. Was charged $240 for 2 nights and at check in, was told id be charged an additional $100 for "incidentals". To be refunded in 3-4 business days after stay. That should be noted on hotels.com so travelers know what to expect. Our room on the 2nd floor smelled just like the lobby. Luckily i travel with my Scentsy mini fan so i was able to tolerate sleeping in their. Speaking of sleeping, the bed was far from comfortable. I may as well have slept on the floor. I didn't bother eating the breakfast they served there. Quite honestly, i was scared to. Definitely do not recommend this hotel. I've stayed at nicer for cheaper.

Old outdated hotel in a bad area of town. My room view was an industrial roof top.
My room door had a convention Residential deadbolt and no handle.
I was told I had the best room available.
They would not provide a receipt at check out and would not respond to emails.

The hotel is currently being upgraded. Our room had been upgraded, but they apparently haven't completed renovations. They a/c unit was so loud and noisy. It made a loud vibrating sound and so did the fan in the bathroom. The room did look nice though. Hot water was nonexistent as well. Lukewarm was the best we got. We were only there overnight so we toughed it out.

Mold everywhere, the bed was spongey the carpet dirty, walls so thin you heard conversations. It smelled, none of us slept well, we would have left but no rooms were available anywhere. Gouged with a $75 pet fee they hiked by $50.

This hotel is extremely run down and in need of major renovations. The bed linens were stained and the first room we had reeked of cigar smoke. I will not stay here again!

The room I got was very dirty. There were multiple spiders and spiders webs in the bathroom. The toilet was broken. The shower pressure was very low so it barely worked and the water didn’t get hot. The vent in the bathroom didn’t work. There was an open hole in the ceiling where the smoke alarm should have been. Very ghetto. Not worth the money

I paid $20 extra for a 1pm 'late checkout' yet you still demanded that I leave the room at the standard checkout time of 11:00 a.m.

I stayed at the hotel for one night and it was absolutely terrible, one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a hotel. The hallways smelled like urine, the room was dirty, and the walls were so thin; I could hear conversions from the rooms next to me and in the hallways. I will never come back to this hotel ever again and will definitely never recommend this place to nobody.

There was mold in the bathroom, the sink would not drain, and it looked as though the room was not cleaned before we came in. I have seen roadside motels cleaner then this.

The rooms were not like the pictures. Water was leaking on me while I was laying in bed. The roof was leaking very bad. I moved out of the leaky room and went into the hallway, which was also full of water from the leaky roof. I felt very uncomfortable with the clientele who rented the rooms at the motel.

First room we had, bed cover and pillows had hair and what seemd like pubic hair on them. Complain and were given another room, this one had a stain in one of the bed covers. They replaced the bed cover. First and last honestly.

We reserved 2 rooms. Both rooms were old and run down especially in bathrooms. You can see multiple half attempted repairs. Bathroom exhaust fans did not work in either room. Both rooms smelled musty/moldy. Would not recommend if you have any breathing issues.

We didn’t stay. We requested refund & left. It was nasty, rooms all had ceilings leaking from rain, bed mattresses were like hammocks (no way anyone could sleep on). The lobby had water pouring in from the ceiling from the rain. Overall is was just a horrible mess!

The bath tub was cracked in half (pretty sure water had to be flooding down to the bathroom below), the remote was the wrong one for the TV, the front desk staff gave me a hard time about carrying a breakfast item up to the room, the pull-out sofa mattress looked like a murder scene.

We secured 2 rooms; the first one had flickering lights and the outlets didn’t work properly so we weren’t able to charge our phones overnight. The second room had rain coming through the ceiling lights and raining onto the bed. Also the toilet water was running off/on and the curtains don’t keep out the parking lot lights at night. Both rooms were on the 3rd floor.
