Not very clean. Would not stay again

Well it was not in the best part of town so the folks at the hotel were not the best - homeless , etc. The best thing was the bed and sausage Last day found a hair in me eggs!

Nice hotel for a vacation.

I feel badly writing such a poor review because I really think this entire hotel is run by only a few dedicated people. The people I encountered were nice and pleasant, but unfortunately that doesn’t make up for our poor experience. The best thing about this hotel and the only plus really is the breakfast. It has a nice variety and my son enjoyed the waffles both mornings. One of the rooms near ours had a dog, and it barked often for the two nights we stayed. It seemed like every time we walked past, the dog was barking. This isn’t the hotel’s fault, but take note that they allow animals. Upon entering our room, it immediately spelled terrible, almost like urine. It had to have been something in the carpet because every time we entered the room, we were overwhelmed by the smell. Once inside for awhile, we’d get used to it, but it was gross. There is no way the staff didn’t smell it. The rooms are quite outdated, which isn’t a huge deal, but I immediately noticed a long dark hair on the stack of towels (I have blonde hair and we had just arrived.) I also found hair on top of one of the bed comforters. The bathroom floor looked dirty and had gathered hair and dust in the corners. I booked a room with 2 queen beds, but there’s no way they were queen beds. They had to have been full. They were tiny. Pillows weren’t comfortable. Bring your own toiletries; the ones offered are cheap and not ones you’d want to use. Overall, I do not recommend.

Nice location off the interstate. Room with King bed wad very comfortable. Coffee maker in room but also had breakfast cereal, fruit. juices, scrambled eggs , bacon, yogurt and thin ham slices. Great start to another day on the road!

The toilet seat was stained and the room wasnt very clean in certain spots.

Check in was quick and easy. Very friendly service. Loved the convenient location.

Our room was VERY dirty, curtains torn, couch stained and worn furniture. No extra pillows or sheets for the foldout couch. Was not what we expected.

Nice staff. Fast service. Room was not cleaned one day. Shower handle and shower head need replacing. Toilet water ran a lot and needs adjusting. Floor tile needs re grouting BAD!!

Comfortable beds, very quiet and clean place.

It had a pool. Most staff did a good job. The toilet seat was loose. Breakfast was supposed to begin at 6 but at 6:30 the lady was just starting to to prepare it. I had ordered two rooms but they were not on the same floor. The place takes a deposit even after I had pre-paid for the rooms. The air conditioner was loud.

The toilet tank had hot water. The hot & cold were switched in the shower and sink.

I never got to stay there. They called me at 8:44pm on the day i was supposed to check in to cancel my reservation because they had no water. This was on a holiday week and i had to pay a lot more to get a different hotel on short notice.

No attention to the costumer

The front desk person was very polite and she checked us in quickly. Our room was very clean and had all of the amenities we would have expected. The bed was very comfortable. Shower was in good working order. We appreciated the hot breakfast the next morning. Overall a very pleasant stay!

Hotel room was clean and at reasonable price. The AC wa too noisy and the pool was small but overall we were pleased.

I kept feeling like I was getting bitten in the bed and upon leaving, we found dead bugs that we believe or bedbugs. There was dark hair all over the towels and sheets that was not ours. Very gross.

Great stay! Great Staff. Kumar and Michael are fabulous! You can’t beat the price and rooms are renovated and lovely. Home away from Home. We will be back!!

The best one in aurora

It was a good place to stay on a budget.

Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean, but unfortunately smelled like cigarette smoke that was attempted to be covered up with a very strong men's cologne. The bathroom was clean, but there was a lot of rust on what appeared to be older fixtures. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was decent compared to most who only have packaged pastries to go. This one had eggs, waffles, oatmeal, toast, yogurt, fruit, a breakfast meat, pastries, juice, coffee, etc.
