I've been hanging out in Telluride for over 40 years, had 3 houses there, and now just go up to get out of Albuquerque for the things I want to do & see. I prefer the Hotel Telluride over all others in Telluride, hands down, and have stayed there many times. The ONLY criticism I have is the totally inadequate parking situation: 34 spaces by my count that you have to pay $20/night(penalty!) to pack yourself into like a sardine with negligible on street or nearby public parking. Definitely a winter issue! The rooms have gotten expensive enough as it is without this irritation. Not being cheap, just honest. $20/night x 34 spaces/night x 365 nights = $248,000/year = RIPOFF!

Wonderful stay. Spacious and quiet room. Great view of mountains. Very comfy bed. Great coffee and tea available all hours. Never used the hot tubs but looked great. Very friendly staff, was very sweet to my service dog. Parking underneath hotel was tight, wish I’d picked smaller rental car than full sized SUV! Def will be back for ski season. Was great fall birthday getaway. Checked in on my birthday and was surprised they didn’t wish me happy birthday but otherwise the attention to detail and staff were great.

Lovely boutique hotel with upscale western decor. The fire is always lit in their main guest area with comfortable seating and great coffee. Excellent service. I would stay again!

Enjoyed staying here. Their hospitality was excellent. Room was great, enjoyed riding the bike’s around town. Walking distance to everything. Loved the fresh baked cookies every day! Will be back for sure!

The walls are super thin. Every time someone flushed a toilet it sounded like our room was flooding. We could hear every step above us including their music. Cannot recommend.

Property could use some updating/ remodeling to bring it up to current standards. Nice location, reasonably well-maintained. The bed and the sheets were good, but for some reason they put queen size pillows on a king size bed, which is not good at all. We had a patio but was shocked to see rules that forbid cigar smoking outside on the patio. The rules even said No Alcohol on the patio! Seems pretty heavy handed and for this reason I would not book here again.

The hotel was hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. A bit pricey, but well worth it. Next time I visit telluride, I will definitely choose this hotel.

This hotel has the potential to be nice. Unfortunately the service and poorly trained employees cause it to be very average! The young girls at the desk seemed to have had no training in hospitality. When I called down to the desk for help with our bags when checking out, she questioned what a “bellman “was. The transportation service was great and made getting to dinner very convenient. Again, this hotel has great potential but is lacking in so many areas.

This is such a cozy hotel. Great sevice, comfortable rooms and beds and friendly staff. Great location to downtown and free transportation to and from town. Good food in their cafe. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Very nice accommodations. Room was quiet. Lovely lobby with complimentary hot water, tea and coffee. It was nice to come back in the afternoon to enjoy a fresh baked chocolate chip cookie after our walk back from the gondola.
Complimentary shuttle service too! We had walked downtown for dinner upon finishing dinner it was pouring rain! We called the driver and he picked us up.
Would stay here again.

Up scale hotel , healthy walking distance to town. Our room was over the underground parking garage and we heard the door opener every time a car entered or left. It was shoulder season so that didnt happen often. The room was absolutely gorgeous with a patio surrounded by trees to block you from the road.
