I understand that the Michigan game was the next day but dang...200 bucks for this place? This place is pretty run down and wreaks of flowered scents to try and mask whatever odor is left over from its earlier days. The staff was really nice and the breakfast was good, but I could tell the sheets were not washed, my air conditioning unit was plugged into a socket without a plate, and the overall condition of the hotel was poor. This place needs an update or MAX 80 bucks a night.

The carpet is showing its age, which really sets the tone for the stay. The breakfast was a big disappointment although that was a big reason we chose this property. The items were cold, stale, and not restocked even though it was a full hour before breakfast hours ended. But the pool was warm and the price was right.

The hotel was fantastic. The staff couldn’t do enough for you . Breakfast was just enough and good . The surrounding town is small and quiet with no real options for food we had to travel a bit to find something but it wasn’t bad . Thank you all for making our stay good

The room was clean, modern and comfortable. The area surrounding the hotel (i.e. gas station) has something to be desired. However, I was pleased with the staff and the accommodations.

Front desk is very friendly and helpful they try to do their best with what they have but the condition of the hotel is very poor, dirty and dated, by seeing the Windham name attached to the property I incorrectly assumed that it will adhere to some basic standards but that was not the case, house keeping is almost non existent at this location and the rooms a dusty and not well kept, I won’t be staying at this location again.

The carpets were dirty. The bed were clean, but the sofa bed was ragged. The room had a mildew odor to it. I saw an adult cockroach on crawling along the top of the desk in our room. For the price $218. You would expect more from a hotel. We will never stay here again.

It's nice for the price. The AC needed to work better and the beds weren't that comfortable but it was nice and clean.

Decent hotel that is dated though has some updates. Kids enjoyed the pool though the wife would have liked a better bed and less detritus in common spaces. Breakfast was fine though not allergen friendly.

I did not have high expectations but I was most pleasantly surprised. The room was very nicely laid out, light switches where you could find them, spacious. My only problem was food found the microwave from a previous guest and found only when I found a plug that worked to use the refrigerator.
Breakfast was biscuits and gravy with sausage, so no eggs. It could have used a bit more fruit.
I would stay again. And it gas a pool!

It was a good stay for a quick night for a nascar race. Pool area could use some cleaning, the pool was freezing cold. I think the rooms could use a Deep clean like baseboards etc….

The online photos depicted a much nicer, more modern property than the reality. The hotel and room were outdated, with noticeable wear and tear on the walls and shower area. While the staff was courteous and the room was clean, the overall ambiance did not match the expectations set by the online images. There is definitely room for improvement to enhance the guest experience.

The curb appeal is terrible. Pot holes and garbage bags sitting by the front doors. The lobby is rather dingy and the carpet is absolutely disgusting up the steps and to the rooms. I thought for sure we would check out our room and be leaving because it was gross. I was pleasantly suprised that room was perfect. I used to be a housekeeper so i always check for bugs, dust and nooks and crannies. The only place that was dirty was stepping into the shower is a small lip that hair dirt and hair.
The pool had been closed for maintanance but the front desk clerk was super helpful and friendly and confirmed our 2 kids could swim before checking us in. She got on the phone with the manager and we were all set. The pool area is fine. Brrakfast was fine. When leaving there was all kinds of cans in the bushes.
