Was bitten by bed bugs while there will not be going back it has changed .. and they no longer serve any type of breakfast

I checked in August 8, 2024 and was supposed to stay until August 11, 2024. I was given room 131on my arrival. I took a shower and went to bed for the night. When i got up the next morning, i had round red spots on both of my arms, my thighs, and legs. I immediately went the the front desk to see the manager on duty. I showed him my arms and said "something has eaten me up. It was bedbugs. He said "i will move you to another room. I went out to eat and returned. I was given room 105. I moved my thngs in the room and went out to eat. I returned for the evening around 11pm. When i opened my door to enter the room, roaches were all over the floor. I immediately got my things and went to the front desk. I told the manager on duty " i have had enough and was checking of this plce.
I sent a letter to the CEO of the company a month ago and he has not responded. It isn't fair for anyone to have to deal with a situation like this, when you are on vacation.

#1. The door to our room nearly fell of the hinges when we opened it.
#2. The carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed in months - absolutely filthy.
#3. The bathroom was soaking wet upon entering, the shower leaked all night, and there was black mold all over the ceiling.

This property Was God Awful !! When you walk into the lobby right over the check in desk it was a big water leak coming from the 2nd floor . They had big cans that the water was dripping in . The smell was coming between mood and mildew. It was very Musty smelling all thought out the property . It was Labor Day weekend and I could not find another hotel at that short notice . The room floor was so nasty and dirty with stains on the fake wood . No mop ever touch that floor . The kitchen was not clean the stove top was not whipped down . But the kicker was the bath room sink had dryer tooth past in it .. someone spit out tooth past ( a big globule ) smh . Do not , do not ! Go to this property ! Oh the Elevator was jerking and jumping and making sounds . The property is Trash !!!

I used this hotel as a home base while traveling for work. While the people were mostly friendly, the rooms were small and did not feel clean. (At one point, a few dead roaches fell out of the ceiling fixture.) At no point during my 12 day stay did housekeeping come in to clean my room. In addition, the area felt unsafe as there was a bullet hole in one of the hotel windows. I would not have stayed here with my wife and children, and I would only return as a last resort, as was the case with this stay.

I was first put in room 106 the floor in room and bathroom was covered in dirt and hair. And the water in the bathroom sink ran brown. When I called the front desk the young lady was very rude and hung up on me while I was still talking. I was then placed in room 108 where there were crumbs in the chair the bathroom was covered in hair there was a dead bug on the stove the bed was covered in black chunks that left a spot when they were wiped off the walls were covered in different color spots. The bath clothes seemed to be stained with blood and the room smelled like onions. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The room was never cleaned during the stay period .. the breakfast is pitiful (Cold coffee and paper satchets of oats, no milk and only warm water).
The reception is never manned so anyone can walk directly into the hotel without a worry and so the security is meaningless.

Hotel was very dirty, parking lot was not safe. All night there was loud noise coming from the hallways and other rooms

Tisha did her best, but the property is in bad shape, dirty hallways, broken air conditioners, missing light bulbs, trash in all the hallways. We stayed for multiple nights and the elevator wasn't in operation for the entire stay. Desk Clerk was rarely at the deck, with a "I'll be right back" sign always on the counter. We saw several other people get pretty upset at this inconvenience when trying to check in. This is a 1 or 2 star property; don't pay more than $80/night- anything more and you're not looking hard enough.

I had roaches in my room and went to the front desk they didn’t even block the room off they gave me another room and still had the same issues. It must be normal for bugs because nobody seemed shocked. Or do anything to help calm the situation down

This was my 1st time staying here. When I pulled up the 1st thing I noticed were beer bottles by the parking spaces. I moved down a little further & there were more beer bottles by that parking area & grills chained to a tree

Parking was convenient and close. The front desk folks I dealt with were extremely nice, courteous, and helpful, especially Umfort and Tisha. They made a bad stay better.

The room was dusty and smelled like mold. The air conditioner was leaking water on the floor and blew only warm air into the room. Lighting fixtures were falling off the wall, carpet was running up the wall and not properly cut off. Wouldn't recommend this location.
