Seems to be newly remodeled. Very nice and clean. The only complaint I have is the pillows are super flat. Will bring my own pillow next time but will definitely stay again

I didn’t actually stay at the location. I did make an error in booking and didn’t realize I could not move the hotel stay out. Expedia tried for days to get a hold of these people to see if we could move this. Stay due to the Olympic development program, moving their event dates. They were completely unavailable until the last minute and then very inhuman about the way they handled the situation not impressed.

The lady at the front desk was terrible. Got there at 3 for check in and rooms weren’t ready. Had some place to be so waited in the lobby and at 345 others were able to check in. Went back up and ours rooms were finally cleaned. The front desk lady never let us know even though we were standing there waiting. She never once apologized, she actually kept complaining about other staff and never once smiled. Not sure id stay just based on front desk interactions.

This is the second time I have stayed at this property and found hair in the shower, yuck. The refrigerator did not work this stay. Sadly will not stay at this property again.

Seemed to have only one way to enter, off of the main road. The side road is not accessible off you are taking back roads.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Staff is friendly, it’s clean, no crazy people wondering around the parking lot. Will definitely stay here again.

ME AND MY WIFEONLY STAY AT HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS ,WHEN YOU WALK IN YOU SMELL THE CLEANLINESS IN THE ENTIRE PLACE.
WHEN YOU ENTER THE ROOM OH SMELLS SO GOOD TOOK ASHOWER IN CLEAN BATHROOM AND SHEETS AND COVERS SMELLED LIKE AHHHHH , LIKE I WAS DOING A COMMERCIAL EVERYTHING WAS GREAT..
DID NOT DO BREAKFAST THERE BUT EVERYTHING ELSE WAS OH SOAWESOME AND I WILL LET FRIENDS AND FAMILY KNOW ABOUT HILODAY INN EXPRESS..
