The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice. The only negative, was that our room smelled of smoke, which gave us headaches ( were both non-smokers). The staff tried to help as best as they could though. Thank you ladies.

It’s next to a highway mind you. The parking is very limited, hard to get parking. But it’s a good price and good clean stay!

The view was literally of at least six lanes of the 401 steadily flowing day and night. There was also steady traffic of airplanes overhead during the night. The inner rubberized curtain blocked the light quiet well and provided quite a bit of muffling.

Overall is ok

The property is old. The lighting in the room is insufficient particularly in the kitchen area. Everything just looks too old in that property. I think that property has been more then 20 to 30 years old without remodelling. I booked a suite but was giving something else. Seating area and bed on the same room. That's not a suite. It is time for a renovation. That was my last time in that property.

Check in was not a good experience. The front desk credit card machine was not working. After several attempts i was forced to use my debit card in which i had to return to the front desk for a refund. Everything else was good.

Everything was clean and the staff was courteous.

The hotel itself was perfect. Clean and quiet. The only downfall was the experience of coming into the hotel that night with my friend and 6 year old to a drunk man vomiting all over the front of building and all through the sliding main doors. Then he decided to “chase” after us yelling, cussing and threatening us. Using derogatory racist word in front of my child. The older man at the front desk did not even bother to look up to see what was happening. He never intervened with this guy coming at guests and especially a guest bei by a child who was scared! Not impressed that the man let it carry on and never moved to tell them man to get out or stop threatening guests and children!

Rooms are old and need refresh, carpets dusty, there was no iron or iron stand, 2 of my room lights were not working specially one as soon you enter the room

The room was on 8th floor 814 and the bed was sunk. The shower was leaking alot. I meant to tell the front desk but had to leave in a rush. Please have someone fix as its alot of water being wasted.

Needs some uplift. We didn’t find the beds very comfortable. The property is dated. Pool is very good and clean. Bathroom faucets didn’t work very good. Staff is polite though. Lots of parking available and location is very convenient.

First room we got had a leaking shower. Left water everywhere and our clothes got wet. Asked front desk if they had a washer and dryer but we were denied. They then switched our room to a room smaller than what we originally got. They then switched us to a third room where the shower wouldn’t turn on, we had to get help from a staff. That staff told us they closed the faucet extremely tight because if you don’t, the faucet will leak water. We stayed there with the faucet not closed all the way and again.. leaking shower. I spoke to front desk Atleast twice a day looking for a manager. They said the manager will call you. I checked in on Thursday and checked out on Sunday. I never got a call from the manager or was able to speak with them. Front desk kept saying the manager is not here. I come to find out this is an ongoing issue and the hotel has been putting off renovations until September. Why let us book a stay when you know there is an issue with the shower. We were extremely frustrated. I patiently waited for the manager. I checked out on Sunday and the front desk lady was shocked. She said the manager was in on Thursday and Friday and I am unsure why no one has got back to you. She also told me no one even put in a claim and she is very sorry. She gave me her personal information and said this will be dealt with by Tuesday. I cannot believe they would treat us like we didn’t matter. We drove all the way from Ottawa and we’re extremely tired and just wanted to relax.

Have stayed here before until it became expensive. For a Holiday Inn corporate needs to do something about this place as its well below standard.

Bedding weren't Clean. Bathroom was not clean.

We were on the 7th floor & had the front corner of the hotel room 707. The view was pretty nice & the room over all had a good layout. The room looked clean over all, washroon was very small. Our room did look a little outdated along with the hallways outside the rooms. Front lobby looks pretty.nice but the pool is in pretty bad condition, does have hot tub but both the hot tub and pool are in pure condition, the paint inside pool is flaking off & just looks pretty old
