Clean and spacious room. Friendly staff

Hotel was fine. Property was old and saw multiple bugs in the room. The tub had chunks of hair in the drain so water would not drain and the sink faucet was broken. Was far from the park but multiple food options around.

The room was filthy, a non smoking room reaked of ciggarettes, dirty carpet and vomit. Hotel was full with railroad workers. Only option given was to check out and find another hotel at 930pm.

This property has a policy of not cleaning the rooms until the 4th day of your stay. With a full family in the room, we ran out of toilet paper, tissues, and the garbage overflowed. We had to service the room ourselves. Breakfast was fine, a normal continental. Air conditioner had issues and would not stay on unless you power cycled it.

It was a family stay, we chose this hotel because it had a pool, but it was like a polar plunge, too dang cold and the hot tub was not working - no water in it at all. That really sucked when I had two little kids who were so looking forward to the pool.

There was no cleaning done during the entire 5 night stay of ours. I understand it was supposed to be done on 3rd day but it was never done and the trash accumulated that I have to throw out in the night. Refrigerator was making knocking sound and the bathroom walls have hair when we checked in.

The property was kept nice. The breakfast was poor and the pool was out of order the whole time we were there. The hot hadn’t worked in years for the price the pool should have worked. I will never stay there again.

Clean and comfortable bedding and room

The pool heater wasn't working which was very disappointing as we chose it because it had a pool. The fridge in our room wasn't working but the hotel staff quickly brought us another one. The staff were very responsive to any requests we had. The breakfast our first morning was great and the person managing it was on top of things. The second morning it was only danishes and muffins which was disappointing.

Close to everything

We stayed here after the under the big sky festival. The beds were comfy. The sheets and towels seemed cleaned. Front desk was super nice and the breakfast was pretty standard continental. But the rooms are outdated! A fresh coat of paint would do wonders! Walls were dingy! And the box springs were stained. Just needs to be spruced up! But overall it’s somewhere I would stay for a night or two. It’s whitefish MT so it’s going to be spendy regardless. But it met our needs.

The room and property were very clean and comfortable. I checked in last minute and very late. When I got up in the morning and tried to shower there was no soap anywhere and the shampoo bottles had been put on the sink empty. When I asked about it the answer was yeah….we’re totally out and it’s back ordered. Kind of a weird excuse for a major hotel chain. Especially when you pay over $200 for one night. Not the biggest thing in the world, but enough to make me think twice before booking here again.

Room was very big. Only hot breakfast items in weekend. No elevator. Staff was helpful. Hot tub did not work.

The hotel staff [Alese] were helpful & the lady working in the breakfast room kept the breakfast bar well supplied. The TV in our room did not work for our two night stay so we were given a full nights refund. This did cause some confusion for the staff member checking us out who wasn't sure how the discount would be applied and directed us to contact the manager, who wasn't on duty at the time. The fan for the fridge in the room was loud & the extractor fan in the bathroom did not work so it became humid quickly. Pool needed a clean, large ball of hair floating around. There is a limited view as you are situated behind a store on the highway side and at the rear is a parking lot for the hotel and then an area of grass that is unkept. As the rate for this hotel is on the lower end for the area, it is fitting. I chose it as there was breakfast and a pool; so those expectations were satisfactorily met.

Over priced hotel, AC did not work good, hairdryer did not work, Smell of cigarette’s… $40 for dog ! Only one positive thing was bacon for breakfast!

We were travelling with our dog and I loved the layout. you went to your room thru the hotel but once in you had a direct door to the outside with a deadlock on it. It made it very easy to take them out for breaks.

Very satisfied, will probably stay again.

Easy check in. Friendly staff. The free breakfast was good, had a mix of cold and hot items. Would have been nice to have bacon/sausage though. They did have hot omelettes, waffles, hashbrowns, etc. Room was clean. Room had an internal and external door to the building, which was handy when loading in bags. Didnt use the pool but it looked clean and large.

The wife and i booked a trip to play some golf in Whitefish, booked Baymont Wyndham and thought we were going to be fine, only to find out this hotel was dirty had a moldy bathroom and booked rooms to people with no respect for others making noise all night. would never stay here again, i have pictures but would not allow me to upload them....
