good clean and quiet stay.

The room was huge and the beds were comfortable. The shower was very nice and the toiletries were a bonus. Staff was very friendly. The area around the hotel had a ton of dining and shopping options.

Great find! Good Service, friendly staff, Good clean room and good rate. Elevator was not working properly was the only glitch. Breakfast was wonderful.

Very friendly desk clerk. Alex greeted us and was very informative of the amenities that were offered and also was kind enough to provide extra towels. Also the evening Manager I think his name was Greg was very friendly and helpful. I did have. Run in with a small spider in our room. I won that fight. But all in all we like staying here. This was out 2nd time.

We keep choosing this one because of the location...its easy to get to and get out of. There are quite a few eating options so close by and the staff is always so friendly!

Everything was clean, it was a very safe place and area!! The only thing was the elevator wouldn’t come down from the 2nd floor to the first floor…
My husband had Achilles surgery June 4th and the elevator not working properly was a huge inconvenience….

The room had a very strong perfume type smell. Was very strong and made my Athma flare up.

Room was not ready. We were advised there would be a 10 minute wait. Meanwhile another couple showed up and was accommodated so as not to wait. No explanation given as to why they got priority.

There were crumbs or sandy particles in the bed sheets, and we had to shake the sheets to clean whatever it was off. It was way too late at night to complain, so we dealt with it. There was a roach in the room. The room was noisy above us. The breakfast foods were horrid and tasted old. The price was $200 per night after taxes and fees. Check in at 3:00. Not worth it all. We won’t be back.

A cancelled flight required an overnight stay at this hotel. Rooms were sparse with high number of cancelled flights spiking occupancy at airport area hotels. While a standard room the toilet did not flush, the room smelled like a kitchen cooking sausage (not good) and bed was bumpy and scratchy.
