My reservations were cancelled when I arrived. I was told that my card was declined since 6:30 am on 9/20/24. My card was valid but no one called me to verify. My phone number was verified by the person upon arriving. No accommodations were made to correct the hotels error, even though I made reservation since 8/6/2024. The receptionist referred me to the Holiday Inn where my card was quickly approved for my stay. My family and I desired to stay in the same hotel as we were attending a family event. I am very disappointed, and embarrassed. There was nothing wrong with my credit card, funds were available since 8/6/2024.

The hotel is dated and the room was stinky. Even the free breakfast that they provide has gone downhill. I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times in the past, and it’s slowly degrading. It wasn’t gross, but it’s no longer on the top of my list for my next stay.

We only stayed one night as we were passing by. The room was fine. It did have a bit is a musty smell from the rug, that I was sensitive to but others may not be. Overall good. Met our needs.

The front desk personnel was super nice and helpful when I checked in. I asked for daily clean towels service and it was always done when we got back into our room. Didn't get a chance to try the free breakfast because I was there for family gatherings and was always eating out. I was pleasantly pleased with my stay.

The staff was kind and friendly (even after the hundredth time of the kids getting snacks and drinks from the sweet shop!) It was really convenient to just hop downstairs and get things like microwave popcorn for movie night, or a late night snack or drink. The kids loved the pool, too!

This was a wonderful place to stay! Awesome breakfast and super convenient. We were in town for a baseball tournament, great beds and the room was a perfect size. Very peaceful, exactly what I was looking for!
