There are too many things to say about what was all wrong with my room, but to start there was someone's food left in my fridge the bathroom seat I had to clean before I could go to the bathroom and the breakfast was awful

Spent one night and everything at the hotel was good. Enjoyed the in room whirlpool tub especially since the public hot tub was not working.

The pool was dirty, cloudy and run down. Management was friendly and helpful. TV remote was non functional unless you were next to the TV. Bed was comfy enough. Breakfast was decent.

Great property. Staff was helpful and friendly. Very convenient location to food and entertainment, and also great location to drive into Des Moines. My only complaint is the bathroom. The bathroom had no fan for ventilation which was very inconvenient. Great place to stay will stay here again

We had a great king suite. Clean and comfortable. Very good value for cost of room. We liked the quiet, the location and would stay again when in area.

Our experience was not good. We were supposed to be there for one night and did not even stay the night because of how uncomfortable it was. We came into the room and found dirty sheets, smelly towels, the room smelled of mildew, dust particles hanging from the ceiling, and the headboard being smeared with what looked like grease. The shower was not clean and neither was the shower curtain. We had asked for new sheets which we had got, but we were still uncomfortable staying in the conditions of our room. We will not be staying here again.

Only issue we had was our bed was extremely firm and the pillows were flat. Very clean hotel and well maintained.

There were issues with reservation between hotels.com and the property. Both entities lied to me about changes I made before deadline for changes. I have never had such awful customer service and do not recommend using hotels.com ever again.

Not best experience, but not the worst. What I did not like the most was the breakfast. VERY little to choose from!!! Then, the warmers are turned down so low, the food was luke warm! The coffee was just one pump server and not even in the breakfast area! The sign in the room said if you were staying more than 1 night (we stayed 3) that the bed linens would only be changed every 3 days. But, they never even came into the room to clean or just make the bed!!!! Not at all impressed by this hotel!

Not the cleanest place we have ever stayed. Our tv did not work the entire stay. The front desk was alerted right away and their answer was point the remote at the lamp. What?? We asked house keeping to give us clean towels and take out the trash. We got fresh towels , but they didn’t not remove the trash which had piled up as we were traveling with children. The hotel was fine for what we paid, but I am not sure we would return.

The rooms were very dirty and the pullout bed in both rooms, we had to switch because the other smelled so bad, were dirty like they had never been changed from previous guests. We ended up going to another hotel. Awaiting refund I will likely have to fight to get. The lady at the front desk was very overwhelmed with all the nights issued but handled things calmly with myself and other guests while talking to her manager. This place definitely needs some work to compete for the same price as a new hotel.

This hotel is one of the nicest, reasonably priced, places I've stayed in quite a while.

Nor so good, room was damp from condensation. Checked in late and A/C was on cold. Room was clean, lighting is somewhat dim. Stayed two days room remained damp.

The room was clean and comfortable but the customer service I had received was horrible. The lady ask me for my credentials and i gave them to her and she did her job then slam them in front of me and mentioned we needed someone to be 21 or older. Then I gave her my mom’s and then proceeded to make a facial expression unpleasant. Then we got our key cards and left. She never mentioned breakfast times. When we got to our room it wasn't working so we had to go back and ask for help. She did help but it looked like she could use better service towards the visitors.

Quiet, convenient, clean. Easy check in, easy check out. Only downside is no elevator so you have to haul luggage up stairs to 2nd floor.

The staff were all extremely friendly and kind. The room and bed were comfortable and to the breakfast was adequate. The only issue was some mildew on the shower wall tiles and the shower head connector leaked everywhere while running. Other than that, a quiet and comfortable place to stay with a well-lit, safe parking lot if you're passing through

Everything was really nice and pretty clean. We were especially surpised to find the jet tub was actually cleaned. The only real downside may be the hot tub seemed to have a very high chlorine concentration that burned our eyes, but overall a very pleasant experience.

Clean, convenient location and friendly staff. We just stayed overnight while traveling home but they do have a nice pool if you are looking for a pool.
