The place was dirty, the nightstand had some dirt residue, bathroom floor was sticky. Whole room smelled like mold. It was so strong that we could not even spent one night. Furniture old and in bad condition. This place needs a renovation ASAP.

The room was spacious. Beds comfortable. The refrigerator had mold.The tub gross. Stained with a thin rubber mat peel and stick. Stains on curtains. 1 tv did not work. Young lady at front was was very nice. No security. Partying in parking lot. All hours. Will not go back there

Overall my stay was okay to start raining in and out due to the weather but I still had a great time it was peaceful and quiet only thing I didn't like the showers was too cold could not get hot but still with clean I bet it was nice

It’s what you get for the price. The room had a strange smell, the toilet was stopped up which was disgusting, the AC didn’t work well my room always felt hot in one of the 2 rooms I had. At the end of our stay room service was rushing us out before check out time. Front desk staff were great no issues with them. Over all the hotel needs updates all around including the rooms and bathrooms. We used the stairs a lot bc the elevator was very slow.

Nothing! The place had an unpleasant scent. The toilet and bathtub was dirty , the bed linen was dirty and had my skin itchy. I was disappointed. I will never ever go back there!

There was nothing unique about this property. People were smoking weed in plain view. Food was salty.

The manager, Ms Andrea Sammaroo very rude and disrespectful, And do not know how to speak to someone. If you training someone for the front desk or customer service you should show them proper way to speak to someone. Sometime managers need to go to a manager training class. I ask housekeeping for towels and never receive them.. The carpet need cleaning.

I didn't like the fact you couldn't use the dining area if you had brought back your lunch dinner to the hotel.

The property, the lobby and bedroom were all clean. The front desk staff was informative and helpful. However the outside could probably use a fresh coat of paint and the elevator was Super slow. We did feel a bit uncomfortable while we were parking at night because there were two guys at the entrance trying to get us to stop and looked very suspicious but overall the stay was good.

Non Friendly/Welcoming staff. Not once during my 3 day stay did a staff member at the front desk greeted me, Said Good morning/afternoon, Hello or welcome. 2 days after 10pm I went to take a shower and NO HOT WATER. In the morning I checked the faucets and there was hot water. Old furniture- I was afraid to sit on the couch, my bed had stained marks on the side but the sheets/comforter were clean and comfortable. AC worked fine.

The morning of checkout the coffee machine in the lobby was broken, they told us to make coffee in our room.

The staff here is absolutely amazing. The people in the front desk are super nice. My experience here so far has been great. I have no complaints. I came through a third-party and I was treated with the upmost respect.

Pros:

Cons:
1. Bathroom sink was clogged after first use. Maintenance was able to assist thankfully.
2. Toilet continued running, bathroom tub drained extremely slow. After 2 nights we called maintenance to address it. Also, the tub did not appear to have been cleaned. The drain for the tub was rusty so when we first turned the water on to run, the rust drained for a bit before the water was clear.
3. Toilet was old and rusty, along with the rusty door handles and bathroom light switches that were basically falling off the wall.
4. Stains on the pull out sofa. The mattress for the pull out sofa had more stains and was old and springy.
Overall, the room looked like it hadn't been occupied in months. Very different from what was displayed in the photos and we were very disappointed.

The property overall was okay. My issue is we rented a car and someone backed into our vehicle in the parking lot and of course drove off without providing any info. We went to the hotel for assistance and the front desk associate advised that she would let the general manager know. Lies she didn’t tell anyone and we ended up going through a bunch of crap calling the police and filing a report. They advised us to call back but of course the camera don’t work!
FYI they don’t have working cameras but will give you the run around. I wish I would have gotten someone’s name smh all of the women are liars especially the one with the lil ponytail and fake baby hair. !!!
