The hotel is vastly understaffed. I had to wait for the receptionist because the reception was unmanned. The whole property smells like cigarettes and the room was dirty. The bed was clean and comfortable, though.

The property needs maintenance. The elevator noises are very uncomfortable. The room had no soap.

Our room door did not close all the way and we didn’t know that until after we rtn’d to the hotel after a day out, so that was kind of scary for us.The toilet ran loudly and for quite awhile after each use and then sometimes just randomly. We didn’t want/ need housekeeping the first day they checked in with us(we were there 4 days) but they didn’t check in with us about cleaning the room any time after that, even after we asked the desk clerk to please ask them to do so. The desk clerks themselves were great and checking in and out was easy and the breakfasts were good, though.

The bed was so comfortable we didn’t want to leave! The pool was clean, had nice loungers and was the perfect temperature. Breakfast was really nice. Hot food and the waffle machine even had blueberry waffle. We will definitely stay here again.

Close to freeway, no noise. Decent breakfast, restaurants close by as well as shopping.
However it is tucked behind another hotel, so i found it a little hard to find. I did not see a sign for the hotel out by the street.
Wouls stay again.

Carpet in the room had several stains, the staff was very nice and friendly. We had tons of people from a baseball tournament in the pool and they nicely told us when it was time to leave due to the pool hours.

It’s a little dated but for a stop on a long trip it is perfect

My room was very dirty and smelled strongly of the last guest’s cologne on one of the beds which made me wonder about the sheets and blankets. The walls and paint were dinged up everywhere. I found medicine and old Q-tips on the floor. The bathroom lights flickered every time I turned them on, and the hallway smelled. I booked two nights, but checked out early and didn’t stay the second night.

It was a quiet room 17 minutes from the Eugene Airport and 2 minutes from Hop Valley Brewery Company.

I travel for work: I was so impressed with the staff, anything I requested was done. They had hot cookies in the evening for the guest and Gatorade to grab and go. Lets talk about location, close to the freeway but quite. This will be my new go to hotel. Much thanks again to the staff.

This was an older facility but well taken care off. Staff were very friendly and helpful

The dining room was clean, the food was hot and tasty. Our room was ckean and very comfortable. The staff was helpful and very nice.
