Overall condition of the hotel was dirty, rooms were dirty, and the entire inside of the hotel including rooms had a strong musky smell.

This place is terrible - do not stay! Room was so small that 2 people could not pass each other anywhere. Kitchen is tiny. Can't wash dishes and cook at the same time. Need cooktop for counter space. CHOICE HOTELS are turning into hostels! DO NOT stay at any of them. Hotels.com does not tell you they are an "extended stay". If you see that, run as fast as you can to another place.

The elevator and hallway smelled. The toilet ran constantly. The bed was super hard and nothing to their pillows. Kitchenette only had one set of silverware for two people staying. Room was clean though.

I like the convenience of the efficiency and speedy check in/out. However, didn’t appreciate the very loud refrigerator that kept me up all night every night during my stay. It was also very concerning that I got a call two days prior to my stay to verify my address due to a local phone number and being told they don’t accommodate locals which is saddening.

Front desk staff were very friendly. The room itself was not in great shape and definitely needs upgrades. The hallway of floor 2 and especially our room smelt horrible, like bad food or something. Woke up in the morning and saw three roaches in our room. Beds were not comfortable at all. Would not stay here again.

It was a nice place with a good size room with a little kitchen. I had trouble getting the water temp in the shower to cooperate. Also the smoke alarm was chirping from time to time and the front desk gave me a new battery which didn’t seem to help. Was told I would have to wait till 10 for someone to fix it and we wanted to get to sleep by 8:30 because we had to get up early so I put a towel over it and it muffled it enough to sleep but not ideal.

Pleased with our stay. Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated studios in a 3-story building with an elevator. Our family got 2 studios; each had a nice kitchenette, 2-chair dining table, desk with chair, & an alarm clock with usb ports & power outlets. (Only issue: no kleenex.)
Front desk staff members were polite and helpful.
Hotel is located just off major Colonial Road, behind a 24-hour 7-Eleven convenience store. There are a number of chain fast food options within a few blocks on Colonial, including McDonald's, Dunkin, & Dairy Queen Grill & Chill. There's a Walmart further east on Colonial, too.

Bed was comfortable, but a bit small for a Queen size; we have a queen bed at home and this was definitely smaller. Kitchen area looked clean, but once we sat down to work on the computer, my wife found two roaches on the floor. One half hour later, there were two more. Very unsettling!
We had a handicap accessible room, but the shower floor was very smooth and I had to put down a hand towel to stop from slipping while taking a shower.

Not bad at all for the price. Mostly guys like me staying there that are working somewhere in the area. I had my work truck there and it was never messed with... Which was a big plus for me. Multiple cameras set up viewing the parking lot for your safety. The room was clean and everything worked as it should.

I was surprised by the rate for the room and hotel rating but, the room was very cleaned and I was comfortable for a 3 day visit. The small kitchen area was useful as well. Will definitely come back to visit.

The place was very clean and the staff professional. I am more please and greatful due to I lost my drivers license in commute from airport to airport and the company worked with me by accepting other means of identifications. I was there for a family emergency. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for sixta car rental. They did not care to accept any forms of ID. I am still waiting for a response and reimbursement.

This was a great hotel to stay at. It was clean, quite, and the staff was very accommodating. If you need more blankets you just have to ask. If you want your room cleaned you just let them know. I’m not sure why some people thought these two issues were a big deal.

Facility was clean. No bugs. There was a locker room smell to the room when the air conditioner was off. Bed was a bit tiny for 2 people. Probably a Full size not a queen size mattress.
