My stay was excellent that I extended for another day. But on that Saturday morning there was a female that was very loud outside near my room window for about 25 minutes. Soon she calmed down and my day went back to being quiet.

The beds were old and we could feel the springs in the mattresses.
There is a shuttle to the airport but it doesn’t run 24 hours! We had to get a taxi to take us to the airport at the time we needed to be there.
No restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel is on a busy highway and my room had windows in the direction of the highway. It was loud. The lights for the hotel shined into my room and there was only a blind to adjust, no curtains. The walls were thin, and it was loud in my room. When the AC turned on, I could not hear the TV. When the AC went off the TV was too loud, and the ambient noise settled back in. I did not get a good night's sleep. The airport shuttle was convenient.

Wrong phone number on the app. Wasn't able hey able to get a hold of hotel to let them know i was needing a shuttle and i waited over 2 hours at the airport for the shuttle. I tried calling the phone number online and still couldn't get an answer. Had to book at a different hotel. Costing twice as much than staying at thier hotel.

My first impression was the room was spartan. I usually stay more upscale. However it has been updated. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was superb. I wanted directions for a restaurant. Franklin didn’t think that was safe for an old lady traveling alone to walk - traffic without crosswalks, so he arranged for Claudio to take me to the restaurant and pick me up when I was done. The staff couldn’t have been more responsive. The desk clerk when I arrived the night before suggested delivery of food. She wasn’t sure I should walk that busy route either. I got a delicious chicken wrap from the pizza restaurant. Everyone I met at this location went beyond his/her job description. Thanks guys!

Not worth the money. Try other motels that have a similar price. They can't even stock a coffee pod for the morning. Shuttle pickup service mishandled.

Rodeway is a nice affordable option for sleeping before an early flight out of Logan. They have long term parking through Way.com (and maybe directly through them, but ask). Hourly shuttle to airport. The staff are always very friendly and nice. Although the rooms are clean and comfortable, it is right on a busy road, so there is a fair amount of noise from the road if you are a light sleeper. Would like to see a recycle bin in the room. Not in a neighborhood to walk around and explore. But again, if you want a reliable option pre-flight, this is a good one.

Don't use their parking service. I waited well over an hour to be picked up after my return. And they gave me the run-around: I had a bunch of #s on the card they gave me. But no one answered at *any* of them most of the time when I called. The hour wait wouldn't have been so bad if I'd just had some decent communication.

We had a delayed flight and needed to stay in a hotel for a night. Rodeway Inn was convenient due to the free airport shuttle bus that runs 4a-midnight. Facilities were okay, clean enough to sleep a night. The morning shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful in getting us the correct bus terminal in time to catch our bus.

The place is clean and passable for a last minute stay, and it is within walking distance from the beach, but I probably would go walking at night. My biggest Issue was the noise from the traffic outside. The room didn't reduce the noise from a major road nearby, and it was very difficult to get any solid sleep. I recommend that the complex work on sound proofing/ insulating that room, especially if it is supposed to be a higher priced room.

way too overpriced ... we arrived it was 30degC the ice machine was broken, they had not coffee in the morning because they had no cups, we booked a shuttle to the airport for 9am, we eventual got picked up at 9.30am with great help from the receptionist. Very glad to see the back of this stay.

The hotel needs to work on making sure the room smells perfect. Especially the bathroom. I had to buy bleach and Fabuloso. The Fabuloso had the whole room down the hall smell so good. The hotel itself it’s kind of an old building. Which is not bad for night to stand or two. Otherwise, I had a good experience.

After booking and paying for my stay in advance, the receptionist checking me in informed me that I would need to pay a additional “Hotel Fee” on top of the rate and taxes quoted on Expedia. This, in my view, amounts to petty extortion. It breaks the promise implicit in the price I agreed to. And it gives no choice but to pay the additional fee upon arrival or, as the receptionist put it, “we can cancel your reservation and you can look for accommodation elsewhere.” This seems to me to be the epitome of a “junk fee,” unanticipated, charged on the back end after one has already committed to the transaction.

stayed at semi-basement, meaning the room was half underground. it had only two lamps next to the bed. so dark. floor was not flat. damp in the room. neighbor around the hotel was not so good. and i could not believe the amount i paid for! i will never stay in this hotel

this hotel should be shut down by the health department, room smells cigarettes, old walls, unsafe, weird set up, old shower, uncomfortable bed, stay away from this one, I rather stay at the street and not stay there again.

The previous guest soiled the bed and it was not properly cleaned so when I laid down, it soaked through the sheets. Another room was not available and they did not have mattress covers, so we booked at another hotel.

Super loud highway 30' away with terrible sound proofing (as in none). Really stupid ultra bright flood lights shining on the hotel all night and even with the shades closed light flooded the ceiling. And phone rang at 3:45am with mistaken wake up call! No refrigerator either, so hard to store anything to eat or drink. All this "ambiance" for over $250! What a rip off Boston is...

Very clean hotel and pleasant staff. Not a lot around it but for the price it was perfect. Just what we needed and it has an airport shuttle. It is not, however, wheelchair accessible that I could tell; steps everywhere.

The place has MICE, so much noise from outside and inside, it smell extremely bad, I can’t even describe it.. The bed ? lord squeaky and uncomfortable. The receptionist at night arguing on the phone about whose laundry was in the laundry basket. It was definitely a personal call he was on. I really don’t recommend it at all! My family and I could barely sleep thinking about the damn mice and just everything else going on around us. SMH

The night receptionist was careless and unfriendly. The room smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. Room was fully paid but they charge extra 15 bucks on the spot for no reason (they claim it is for service). DO NOT STAY HERE!

Arrived to check in, and front desk person was not pleasant. Gave us a room that had people already in it. Went back to reception to get a new room, and another receptionist gave us a room that also seemed like people were in it. Finally we got a room. Woke up at 2am with someone screaming in hallway and knocking on a door(not ours)
Luckily we had a early flight so we were out of there by 3:30am.
Definitely not worth saving the extra buck.

Booked three rooms for employees over the weekend - terrible experience for all who stayed. From overbooking & not having a room available on day one, no attendant at the front on day two (waited for 1 hour to get into room), bed frame broken in room one person finally got into. Bathroom of one room had an unusable shower. Over $600 spent on TERRIBLE conditions. Never again.

Despite requesting a non-smoking room, the one we were given had a strong cigarette smell, despite being labeled as non-smoking. Unfortunately, the hotel didn’t have any other rooms available to move our family. Consequently, my children struggled to sleep due to the poor conditions.
