Comfortable and cozy inn. Great value and service. Clean and well-maintained. It is a terrific location for exploring the Plateau neighborhood.

Had a great couple of nights here. Is a lovely semi-old building but with modern rooms and in a great location opposite a park and within walking distance to a Metro station.
All the staff were great also, fluent in English and France. They had no problem storing our luggage after check-out, and even gave us a room upgrade!

Great way to see a cool neighborhood of Montreal. Good service, clean, and pretty comfy overall. 2 things....the shower was teeny tiny and no elevator....otherwise. Great!

This is truly the perfect location to stay in while visiting Montreal especially for the proximity to Le Plateau. Might be a little far from a metro stop for some but walking these neighborhoods is eady and very pretty.

The bed was 2 beds pushed together but was ok. Bedding and pillows were good. We were on the 3rd floor no elevator which was okay for us but maybe not for everyone. Loved the location ...we walked to the subway and felt safe.

The bathroom was not cleaned well and towels had stains. Was not able to control the room temperature easily. Parking was limited.

would like to say that your hotel was located in a great area and the room itself was quaint. I was not very happy with the difficulty of parking though but understood the reason for it. However, I did experience something that was alittle disappointing. My son accidentally clogged the toilet and I told the front desk person. He went up immediately with a plunger, which I appreciated but when he fixed the clog, he made a mess of the floor and left the toilet and sink area wet from the toilet water. I would have hoped to have better customer service where he wiped the floor clean but we ended up having to do that with out sanitary cleaners. This was disappointing to experience. I hope the next person who stays has a sanitary bathroom.

The area around the property was nice. Parking was somewhat confusing and there were limited parking. I would have given this a 2.5 but that wasn’t possible. The main reason for my rating is it was a sauna in the room. The air conditioning didn’t seem to work and there was a portable air conditioner and they provided a portable fan but it wasn’t effective. We only stayed one night so it wasn’t worth it to bring it up. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Love love location right in front of the park. Staff is friendly and hospitable. No loud noise in the area. Only small detail, there is no elevator on property , so you must carry luggage’s up the stairs. Close walking distance to coffee shop and an ice cream parlor.

Lovely, well decorated, clean and very comfortable space, small fridge, great location near bike paths. Need to climb some stairs up to the room. Would definitely stay again

Really clean, comfortable bed, extraordinary value for your money. We loved that the windows cranked open to street and we could listen to the sound of the night, and fun to watch the action in the park. Really friendly staff and owner.

Good communication and generally a good place for the price. The Plateau Mt-Royal is always as rickety and for me it’s a place that is way overrated. But if I need to stay in that area, I would book a room again; more during the offseason ($$$ wise).

The ambience is good. It fits in nicely with the neighbourhood. Very nice but expensive breakfast. Room service was sporadic as they did not make up our room on the first day. There is no elevator so it’s not accessible to people with mobility issues.

A charming hotel, wonderfully located right across the street from Parc Lafontaine, and an easy walk from shops and restaurants. Comfortable, well appointed room. Very friendly service. And a delicious breakfast buffet.

Super clean. I forgot my new iPhone in the room when we checked out. I went back half hour later. The person who cleaned the room had already found it and left it at the front desk in case we returned.
