This is our halfway overnight trip when we go home. It’s always so clean and staff is very friendly and accommodating. We stay here 3-4 times a year and have NEVER had any issues whatsoever.

It was a good hotel, the beds was very comfortable. We was there to sleep and shower. We was there for our daughter’s graduation. Older hotel, but it was fine for us. They’re not much to do in Missouri, but It wasn’t about us, it was about our daughter. Price was good.

However, the bathroom did not have a hook or a rail(ing) to hang towel and/or clothes.
This was/is very awkward - and I hope that this is fixed.

This hotel is old and dingy. The shower was gross with mold in areas; the bed had a sinkhole in the middle; the office chair had white stains on the seat; more water came out the faucet than the shower head so low water pressure. The breakfast was not appetizing. The only good thing was the nightlight mirror.

Check in was wonderful on site but upon booking I asked not to be placed by stairs or elevators and I was placed right in front of a stairwell. I wanted an area where it was quieter but it wasn’t. Air conditioning was squeaky when it turned off, sounded like an old door squeaking. Someone was next door and heard a baby crying all night. Also heard all of second floor stomping all hours of the night.
Bed was alright and clean. I used to work many years for sleep inn and did an inspection myself. But…..
Shower curtain and tub was filthy. Even though we stayed one night, We did not even use the shower. The shower curtain had yellow/pinkish mold on the bottom and someone’s blue body soap all over the side of it. We stayed and left. Room served it’s purpose.

This was a return visit for business, the staff always friendly and informative and helpful, clean property and great rooms, always clean and comfortable, breakfast is very good hot food hot and a great variety of items, definitely will be a return customer.

The beds were very comfortable. We had a dog with us, and the fee for the dog ($25) was very reasonable, I thought. The free breakfast was pretty decent - better than I’ve had at other similar hotels with a free breakfast. Not a major thing, but I wish the vanity in the bathroom could’ve been bigger. Other than that, we were able to get a good night’s sleep in comfortable beds and get a decent breakfast. We’d stay here again.

I also had no hot water so it was fun to shower in cold water. Pets are allowed apparently and I had a huge dog growling where i can hear it through the walls. Very very disturbing. Stay on base instead.

We enjoyed our stay except for some loud visitors - whis was no fault of the hotel. Our room was clean & comfortable but VERY small. The person who helped us check in was wonderful! The front desk staff in the morning at checkout - not so much. There is a Mexican restaurant across the parking lot that was wonderful! Great food, great service, wonderful drink choices and very reasonably priced. We would stay there again.

When I arrived at the facility, it well kept and clean, Lesley was friendly and prompt in checking me in and explained all the amenities offered, my room was very nice and set up nicely, the next day breakfast was wonderful, the hot food was hot and fresh and delicious everything else was very well presented and amounts were very adequate, this was my second visit and I plan on being a return customer, very well done and kudos to the staff.

Staff were mostly brilliant except for the girl who told us our booking didn’t exist (had been there 2 nights already) and there was nothing that could be done when I asked to move room because housekeeping hadn’t done anything for 3 days and the room smelt like mildew (checked out straight away). It’s a shame because the manager and most of the people are spot on. Sort housekeeping, train staff better, and it’ll be an OK spot.

They do not clean rooms daily. You have to request your room to be freshened and new clean towel, they did not remove trash so it piled up for three days. I rejected the first room because of mold in bathroom. They let me pick from three others… they all reeked of musty smell and one room smelled like stinky sweaty men. So gross. Everytime I tried to speak to someone at the front desk, couldn’t find anyone. Same price as every other compatible hotel in area, but no cleaning room service and smelly rooms. Do not recommend.

Went for my sister’s Army graduation. This is the nicest sleep inn I’ve seen. Staff was so nice and helpful with everything. Room was clean, and area was quiet. Close to everything. Recommend
