The door to the room wouldn't open from the inside. A Fire Hazard to say the least. Issue taken to front desk. Was told that Maintenance would take care of it the Next Day. Never Happened. Will never stay there again even if they paid me. Also had problem getting into the Room.

Awesome breakfast. All employees I encountered were friendly and professional. The bed was comfortable. The reason for 3 stars was lack of cleaning/detailing the room. The toilet was filthy and very very slow to drain. Floor in main area had not been swept

Overall stay was okay. I had concerns in my room that when brought to staff attention were not handled in the moment appropriately. Management was very kind (2 days after the fact) and apologetic for what occurred and made it right. Staff in breakfast room picks and chooses who they are nice to and spoke very inappropriately to myself and my young children.

We arrived to a nice clean bug free hotel. The greatest addition to the room were the indoor amenities which include put-put, pool, ping-pong, and a swimming pool. There were other activities as well. The breakfast and the staff were phenomenal!
If you need a reasonable place to stay and activities to keep busy, this is the place.

We were totally surprised and impressed. It's an older building and for the price it was a lot nicer than we expected. The staff member that checked us in was very helpful, nice and moved our room to a much better spot. The pool looked so inviting but we just didn’t have time to enjoy it. If we ever go back to Woodward we are definitely staying there.

Loved this place, so many neat things to do there. Check in was a breeze, and Brittany was a breath of sunshine. Breakfast was terrific with made to order dishes. Will definitely recommend this place to people. Thanks for making a enjoyable time.

This is an older property, but the condition overall is good. Cleanliness was adequate, but our bathroom floor could have used some extra attention. Room itself was in good condition. Front desk hostess on evening shift was rude and scolded us for having drinks in the pool (we had missed the sign about not having drinks in pool - honest mistake) which I felt could have been handled better by her. Atrium stairs were dirty and need to be vacuumed. Breakfast was great and dining attendants were very friendly and helpful. Morning front desk hostess was very friendly.

We were very pleasantly surprised. I always read the reviews and while they were very good, I had a little reservation because the price was very reasonable. It was a great stay and we enjoyed all the activities available. It was so nice that the activities were all indoor so they could be enjoyed even in the rain.

The outside was amazing - very updated & the lobby was beautiful. The rooms have been updated, but the bathrooms could be a little better. HOWEVER, we would stay here again in a heartbeat. The location was perfect for our travels; the room was clean & did not smell. We were presently surprised. The front desk staff was exceptional - the best we have encountered in a long time. Would highly recommend this facility. It was nicer than some of the bigger chain hotels we have stayed in recently. Bed & linens were higher quality than we are used too staying in other hotels. Definitely would stay here again.

Fantastic and friendly staff. Super clean. It is dated but i absolutly love that they have removed the carpet in the room and replaced it with beautiful vinyl wood look plank.. .no more yukky carpet.
Breakfast was also super. French toast, pancakes, waffles, and omlets all made fresh, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt, muffins. Bagels, toast, etc.

This place is ran by locals who know what they’re doing. It’s kept up nicely. Staff is excellent. Free breakfast is what you’d pay 10-15 dollars each at a resturant. The pool, exercise room etc is well kept. I look forward to staying at NW Inn!

Hotel offers almost everything you could need. A wonderful place to stay if you are staying in Woodward for more than a night or two. Really loved the billiards, mini golf, cornhole, and other games offered around the pool and gym area. Very generous offering of weights in the gym for a hotel. Breakfast was wonderful, with some custom-made options offered. Staff was outstanding all around. Only real downside is the area around the hotel isn't very walkable, but with food and so many amenities on site, you may find you don't need to walk far!

Nice indoor pool. A mini golf is available,billards ,foosball, a small lounge area and also a small room with a tread mill and exercise bicycle. Great for staying in for a stormy night.

I loved this whole area. From the games, inside pool, to the bar. We all head a great time. Very quick and easy check in that made things much simpler while on vacation. The room had some light malfunction but we had the majority of the room lit up.(just enough) was a great stay and will plan on coming back through.
