Clean, modern hotel with comfortable rooms. Unlike many hotels of this type, the AC unit was relatively quiet! The breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. The noise from the street is excessive. It is better on the non-Milwaukee Ave side, but you still hear it. If they could put in sound insulating windows, that would be perfect!

Amazing service from ladies, guy working night shift was not bad but ladies at the front desk, breakfast area and housekeepers were awesome. A few details like we were out of hand wash and a pair of socks were found on the floor when we got our room, but other than that, perfect area, great hotel

I was told that checking that the boiler was broken and would not be fixed for the next week. We did not stay no help was offered hotel in their group when I asked for help.

There were no cinnamon rolls. Good luck getting a parking spot. The front door locks after 11pm which is a great safety feature but your room key won't open it. Good luck getting the night guy to open it for you he sleeps in his chair all night. I had to walk all the way around to the back to get in. Will not stay again
