The doesn't desk as nice. The elevator didn't work, but it was easily accessible. Nice area to walk around.

Difficult to get to rooms - the restaurant did not honor the drink special for guests and food was just okay. Had issue with bill but after several emails and call it did get straightened out.

Had a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and personable. They remembered guests and went out of their way to make the stay comfortable.
It was unfortunate that the elevator was out of service in the lobby; it was a very inconvenient thing.
Additionally, there was minimal parking near the entrance close to the elevator, which was uncomfortable for a single woman who was traveling for work with valuable equipment.
That being said, the parking situation was entirely out of their control, and I am eager to stay here again!

It was a great place to stay with one exception. The elevators were super slow and took forever. We took the stairs a lot going down but they weren’t easy to find to go up to our room.

We loved our stay!! The shops, dining, pool, hot tub all amazing!! My husband loved that the Eagle River it was right behind the hotel, he went winter fly fishing, & caught a few:) The fly shop by the hotel was fabulous!!

We enjoyed a lot our stay in this hotel. We liked the value/price equation and the friendly service. We enjoyed also the location which is close to nice restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations. My only recommendation to the owners of this hotel to make it better, is to upgrade the bed mattresses. :)

Disappointed in this hotel - way over priced for the quality of room. Clogged sink, no Kleenex , towel quality poor, base boards beat up, a few staff were indifferent to the problem in our room. Will not recommend to my friends - especially at over $400 per night!

Really good! Would have given it 5-stars but the room was too hot and the thermostat did nothing to change that. Staff was friendly and helpful, hot tub was fantastic after a day of skiing. Beds were comfortable. Great coffee in the morning-- every hotel should get a lavazza espresso machine!

This was my 2nd time to stay here. I like this hotel. Our receptionist upon check-in was incredibly friendly & professional we really liked her. There are only 3 improvements I would recommend: 1. Better breakfast options 2. My hot water in my shower was a little touch and go 3. Burned out light in bathroom made it pretty dark to apply makeup. All this said I would definitely stay here again, it’s a great property

I absolutely loved the pool and hot tub. My 2 girls had a blast since the pool was heated. The complimentary breakfast was good too. Not amazing but better than most places. The coffee bar machine was great with the different selections.

This hotel is a great find close to Beaver Creek without the insane price point. We always stay here when traveling to Beaver/Vail area.
