Front desk staff was not very friendly. Mtre worried about buying a scratch ticket than helping the guest. Drains did not work in first room assigned

I don't expect much from a self-described "budget" hotel. However, this one under-delivered. Staff was unconcerned at best and unable to deal with the one issue I brought to them. Our room had been cleaned, but there was a bag of garbage on the floor. The bathroom light fixture had been McGiver'd instead of repaired. The floor sloped upward into the bathroom (it shouldn't have). The hair dryer made noises for 2 seconds then died forever, and the staff was unable to help. Breakfast was minimal. Toaster only toasted one side of bread. Orange juice was of low quality. The double (not queen) bed we used had creaking springs that threatened total collapse. The TV was a quite small off-brand model requiring gymnastics to get it to respond to the remote. Astonishingly, we both got a pretty good night's sleep. I realize that there is a market for places like this, but I would not recommend it to anyone. I should have read the reviews.

Check in went ok but walking in we had interrupted the front desk clerk’s smoke break and when they got in was pretty unfriendly but that was least unpleasant experience. Our room appeared clean but after being in the room a few minutes noticed a used cheese wrapper on the bedside table. Bedding was stained, the desk chair was falling apart the vinyl on the chair had been worn away all over it. I was hesitant to use the shower or towels after noticing hair clinging to the shower walls and crumbs around the floors and bed. The hair dryer on the wall was even dusty with hairs hanging off of it. Neither one of us ever got much sleep that night the air conditioning unit fan would start up and start banging and clanging and the violently shut off suddenly. Thankfully we only spent night but we would never recommend that hotel to anyone and will never be back. I can understand a property being rundown but it still needs to be clean and this was not.

Close to hwy and Harley dealership….

Worst room ever. I reserved a queen and got a double. When I complained the staff gave me a king room on the 3rd floor. The recliner was broken and the bed was awful. Bottom of bed was 10" higher that the top and one side was total broken at the frame...like sleeping in a hammock. This place has really gone downhill.

Disappointed as there were crumbs in our bed that made us believe they did not change the bedding. Asked for new bedding and had to go down and get and they gave us the wrong size so we just made due. Then the pillows were horrible and dirty.

Affordable amd above my expectations. I found my new hotel for stays in lewiston.

The room had a beat up shabby chair in it. The curtains wouldn't close all the way. However, the beds were comfortable.

The rooms were very clean, comfortable and had everything we need. The receptionist was very nice. She was having trouble with the computer system but in spite of that she handled herself well and was very efficient.

Good location, clean room, limited desk staff so check in took awhile

Room was okay outdated desk chair was broken furniture on bad shape. Outside was dirty no yard work of any kind very dirty. The Continental breakfast was not worth trying. Will try someplace else next time.

The room was ok the 2 beds were drastically different from each other one of the beds was used so much on one side you felt you were going to roll out of it. There was a fresh coat of paint on the walls but that seemed to be were they stopped. The the wall outlets didn't have covers or were broken. The lamps had plugs but were so loose the barely worked. There was hair on the wall of the shower cigarette burns on the edge of tub and a spider in the tub. Wasn't awful but very disappointing. Will not be going back.

I checked in and went to the room. It was ok but the bed was obviously broken down with large sunken areas. I went to dinner and came back to find no parking. When I asked the front desk for options, I was told it was not their problem. I again asked for any options and was told to figure it out. The desk attendant started yelling profanities when I further asked for options. I collected my belongings and left. I will not stay at a property that treats people this way.

Unclean and staff not helpful.

I didn’t like having to interrupt front desk from their smoke breaks—which left smoke in the entry and lobby each of the multiple times we experienced issues. The cards daily stopped working, for one. The parking lot felt dirty and the pool was very cloudy so we didn’t even try it. There was a strong smell of urine and people appearing to sleep in their cars in the parking lot.

Good stay, a little dated, but not off putting. One issue I had was staff continually smoking by the main entrance/exit.

The property feels a bit run down. Parking lot was completely covered with cigarette butts. Pool was closed. Breakfast was a joke.

Prostitution inside and out, barking dogs inside. The mattress was a box spring disguised as a mattress. The lobby was muggy, mind you this is a desert climate. Breakfast was interesting, quite sparse and rundown.

Hotel was clean. Appeared to be in the process of renovating the rooms. Ours had new laminate flooring, paint and bedding. Room was comfortable and fairly quiet. The included breakfast was lacking but simple - waffles, cereal and toast. Hotel is a walkable distance to restaurants and shopping

Things were a little outdated. Could be made adorable easily

They called and there was confusion with my how long we were staying. Charged us to reinstate even though we were booked for that night. We decided to leave early, they are not refunding our money. That is our fault but there was some other issues at check out. Continential breakfast was a waste.
