Good value, very small but had AC! People did wake me up when I was trying to sleep to do something to my room and I couldn’t understand what. They asked me to leave but I was in my pajamas and didn’t want to leave my stuff so asked to stay

Incredibly convenient location next to the main train station. Easy to get to food and shops and main sights. I was only here for a short time but this hotel more than met my needs and was a fantastic location.

Great location. Very close to train station and a short walks to Petite France. Staff was very friendly, communicated with us in English, and help with adding a night to our stay. Looking forward to staying there again in the future!

Ok hotel, decent location. Close to train station, not too far from the sights. Small room, tiny shower. No refrigerator or safe, but it did have a kettle. Our room was quiet enough, but it was on the back of the hotel.

Very nice, quiet hotel in the heart of downtown Strasbourg. Easy walk from the train station and to the main areas of interest and Christmas Markets. Very nice breakfast buffet. Very reasonably priced.

Unfortunately the mattress was super soft which i didn’t like.. but it’s super centrally located and you can get everywhere super easily. Nice for a short city trip 😊

Staff was excellent and the room was nice. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning, which is common in Europe, and the street noise was a bit much. However they were happy to provide a fan and things quieted down at night. I would stay here again.

This hotel wasn't outstanding in any way, but it wasn't bad either. It's a pretty standard affordable hotel for a weekend stay in Strasbourg. It's really close to the train station and walkable to all the local attractions. Definitely worth the price of the stay.

The property and location were very good. It was close to the old town and the room was quite large. The bed was comfy.

Smallish room for the price , otherwise clean. No tea/coffee maker in the room . Location is decent, though it’s not in the fancy quarters but not far from it . It’s near the station

It was not quite as I remembered it. The hotel usually has a lot of students staying so it can be rather loud in the night. Difficult to sleep.

It was a two minute walk from the train station to the hotel. The initial room assigned had not been cleaned yet, so we were given another room. It was quiet and clean. There were many restaurants nearby and we had a fantastic meal at Restaurant Le D that night. Good wine, beef and duck! Great value for the price at this hotel.

Le Grillon is a great hotel, just 5 min from the train station and at a walkable distance from all the tourist attractions. Room was very clean and modern. We got a room that was very spacious with a double bed and a single bed. The included breakfast was also very good, with fresh scramble eggs, croissant and bread, cheese and freshly grounded coffee. The only negative is that the Internet is slow. Overall though, Le Grillon is a good place to stay while visiting Strasbourg.

This was a quick stop on a road trip. The room was nice the bed wasn’t very comfortable and the walls are paper thin. All we heard all night was noise from the street and other guests. I would not stay here again. The staff was super friendly! The parking was at a parking garage about a 10 minute walk. It’s not easy to get in and out of.

I booked this property for friends of mine, a family who were running from the atrocities of the war of Ukraine. Even though my friends checked in in the middle of the night and the restaurant was closed, the attending person (I'm sorry that I don't know their name) fed my friends with whatever he had in the kitchen. Next morning as my friends continued on their trip, he gave them provisions which my friends said "would last a whole week". It was a regular act of a decent person, but also a heroic act that restores act in human kind. Please support this wonderful property by staying with them, and don't forget to say thank you!

Very convenient hotel for our early morning train. The internet wasn't great in our room, but otherwise it was perfect for our needs. Still very walkable to historic strasbourg!

Avoid rooms on a 1st floor above the bar if you want to sleep

We stayed here at short notice due to being let down by The Mason Rouge hotel. So glad we did, comfortable modern room, friendly staff and easy parking. A few mintues walk from the centre and good value for money.

perfect location, sofa bed a little bit uncomfortable, normal beds are fine, in the family room watch out for your head. We payed 36€ for parking for two days.

Perfect location near (but not at) the train station, close to everything by crossing the nearby bridge. The room was small but modern and clean. No air conditioning so I had to keep the window open. The first night was the Festival of Music all over France and there were musicians on the street until all hours, making it a little hard to sleep. The second night was quiet even with the windows open and even on the second floor. I would stay here again and ask for an interior room on a higher floor.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel for the price. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly. Parking nearby was easy and the bar downstairs is very unique and cool. Will only stay at this hotel for all future stays in the city.

Great location walkable from the train station and to the city centre. Excellent service from the front desk. Major problem is the noise. The bar downstairs opens till 2am and without aircon in the room you need to open the windows but the noise of people laughing and singing and all was driving me nuts. Couldnt sleep! =(
