amazing hotel

We liked the fact that they provided a dog bed and water bowl. Our dog was really happy. Good clean premises and friendly, helpful staff.

Located near a lovely park ; parking available underground €15 per day or on street ( free). Fabulous buffet breakfast . Large clean room with dog bed and bowl provided. 5 minutes walk to Old Town (steep walk up but escalator available). Close to the river with nice walking paths

Huge cockroach in our room. Some personnel not helpful when asking for ice. Location was convenient for walking to old city.

This hotel is very close to the main entrance of the Old City Wall, and if you are driving is very convenient. Service is very good as well as breakfast, and there are several restaurants close by the hotel for all tastes.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the bath nice and relaxing after walking round the city. We cannot comment on the breakfast because we ate at a cafe across the road. The only criticism we have is there isn’t anywhere to have a relaxing drink outside, something that would have been pleasant after a day walking around the city. Car park was useful to us but at the weekends parking in the local streets is free.! In general the hotel is well situated for the city, has parking but unfortunately no where to relax.

Great hotel located directly opposite the bullring and a short walk into the walled city. Very nice room and excellent breakfast.

Having arrived from Valencia, staying at a 4-star hotel, the contrast was marked. The place is clean, though the decor a little tired in the rooms, but this is clearly not a 4-star hotel. Despite Expedia claiming rooms are sound-proofed be prepared to be woken up at 7.30 every morning by the screeching of chairs on the tiled floors and the perpetual slamming of room doors. I was on the ground floor - the floorplan is all open from lobby to rooms, which makes sense given the climate - but very frustrating to have all the noise. Secondly: no coffee-tea making facilities in the room is poor. Thirdly: no amenities - no pool, gym or even a garden.

Very good location in easy walking distance to the centre of Toledo. Close to bars and restaurants. Lovely hotel and a lovely well equipped room. Also has a secure, locked car park.

Toledo is very amazing city to visit. we just stayed one night. two nights are better. the hotel room is big, clean, good distance to old city center. breakfast is great. Parking is not easy and had to pay.

Two night stay as a stop off on our drive back to France/UK. Pleasant quite traditional style hotel with classic rooms dark and cool. Good breakfast but the hotel has no restaurants and no tea or coffee in rooms and not available at all even from reception. We asked for a cuppa one night and the nice lady receptionist took us through to the restaurant next door to get us two takeaway drinks! Not what we expected. The price was good so it was just an ok stay. About a twenty minute walk into the old town - of you’re going to the Alcazar then prob a taxi is best. Would stay right in the old city next time.

Staff friendly, nice clean hotel would stop there again

While appreciating this is an old hotel the standard of furnishings is very poor. At these prices one expects better than old, chipped furnuture and stained upholstery. The staff are very helpful and efficient but we were initially allocated a small dingy room at the back. When I said I had booked a superior room we were moved upstairs to a larger, front facing room. The furnishings however were no better and we had to pay a supplement. The SMART tv was not connected to the Internet which meant we couldnt access English tv. The hotel is also opposite the bull ring where a loud rock concert played the night of our stay. I imagine there will also be noise from bull fights. The breakfast was very good value and the staff work hard but we wouldnt go back.

Great hotel on the outskirts of town. Clean and comfortable

Location is a little out of the way but not much of an issue. Service was excellent and the room was very good. The hotel is in excellent condition though could use a few amenities like a kettle. Breakfast was quite good with numerous choices.

The hotel was great. The location was perfect and safe, because I was able to walk everywhere from there, even to the train station. The room was clean, it offered a safe box as well. Toledo is a magical place and I would definitely come back to this hotel, next time I’m in Toledo.

Location was within walking distance of restaurants and attractions. Staff spoke English well. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was not included in our room--cheaper options were found outside the hotel.

Large rooms, clean, excellent restaurant within the hotel,parking good .

hotel clean, but bed not very comfortable and air conditioning weak at best. Had we stayed there during the summer it would have been very uncomfortable.
