This hotel is fine enough. Our overnight stay was unexpected and given that it was during a high-traffic time for the area, I was just happy to find a room. The location is good and the parking is as well. The rooms are comfortable, but I thought our shower could have been nicer. It's definitely needed a clean-up and overhaul. The bathroom fan was super noisy. Finally, the breakfast was not very good. It wasn't all set up by opening time, the food was not that good and the coffee was cold. It will get some calories in your system, but it will not impress your palate.

The rooms were super clean, the beds were so soft and comfortable. We requested rooms with a shared door, and they were able to accommodate us. We really appreciated everything

My first room was horrid dirt n mold
Manager put me up on the Top floor nice n quiet comfy but zero maid service between days so I left Trash n Recycling 😳😱
I deleted the mold on the curtain pics 😱
The building has two elevators one had a crumpled napkin in the corner for over 36 hours

Considering it was a week night stay I thought the price was on the high end and the additional fee for breakfast was definitely over priced. I'll save my $$ and stay somewhere else on my next trip to West Lafayette.

The shower in our room wasn't desirable ... looked like the wall of the shower was painted (no tile), as it was peeling. The faucet for the shower wouldn't stay in one spot, so it was hard to control the temp of the water.

It’s very conveniently located, just across the Wabash River from West Lafayette. The maid skipped cleaning our room after our first night though I assume this was a fluke.

Location was good. Worst experience, won’t recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. Mattresses are old and uncomfortable, you will get backache. Showers are old and chipped. Customer service is horrible, front desk is rude (Trey, Paul to name few) doesn’t care about any of your concerns, blame to upper management for any issues, and suggest customers have common complaints about quality and service of this hotel and they don’t care. They say it is what it is and they just take advantage of the location and charge high prices due to demand and supply issues in the area. No maintenance staff available on Sunday so if you have blocked toilet, good luck!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this Holiday Inn. The first time had ants in the bathroom. The second stay had the most disgusting tub. For the price of the room, there wasn’t a microwave in the room, no complimentary water, coffee, or tea in the lobby. Had to pay $15 if you wanted a cup of hot water.

This hotel is stuck in 1992. It feels grand in the lobby; but that's about where it stops. Dirty. The shower in the bathroom was dirty, faded, peeling, and had cracked grout/sealant. Was absolutely disgusting.The rooms have a musty feel with their aged carpet. Was told that the rooms were in the midst of being updated, but due to a changed ownership, the updates stopped. If you're looking for a potentially cleaner room, look to the Double Queen, which I'm told were the ones that were actually updat4ed.

Our floor was wet and it smelled like chlorine really bad. We were on the 7th floor. We tried to eat/get a drink at the restaurant inside but the cook didn’t show up so we had to find another place to eat. We asked for a couple extra towels bc they only gave us one each but they didn’t have anyone to deliver them. They told us we’d have to come downstairs and get them.

It was a nice hotel—clean, comfortable, and a good location. The bartender was friendly, and the fish & chips at the restaurant were delish.

I booked this room for three days. The website says there was a pool and hot tub. Which is why we booked. THERE IS NO POOL. We got in late the first night due to traffic. Once we checked in. The room had a funny smell. Come to find out there was trash from previous visitors. The next day we checked out and went else where. They refused to give us a refund for the remaining two days. And there was dirty used needles in their parking lot. I will never stay at this establishment again. And will not recommend it to anyone else.

We had a lovely stay at the Holiday Inn. It is very close to Purdue, and we were here for our son's Graduation. I loved how they had a "Purdue" banner hanging in their lobby. I also loved how easy it was to walk to downtown, Lafayette restaurants and shops from this hotel.Boiler Up!
