2 mins walk from the subway station, close to malls and grocery store. Free parking and free steering wheel lock. Clean rooms, very friendly staff. Easy check-in/out process.

We enjoyed the free parking, the complimentary wheel lock, the noon checkout and the proximity to the metro. When we checked in the sheets smelled and were clearly dirty. As soon as we notified the front desk, they were changed. No zippered mattress protector which always makes me nervous, but fortunately there were no issues. AC didn’t work well and was very loud. Very poor ventilation. We were here for four nights, if it had been a shorter stay we probably would have overlooked most of these issues.

Our hotel room bathroom was dirty. The sink and counter had hair in it. The shower toiletry holder was also dirty with hair cutouts. I booked a room with 2 double beds and one of them was extremely itchy to lay on. My husband and I slept on the other bed.

Hotel was perfect for a last minute trip. Hotel was nearly full occupancy. I neglected to ask front desk for coffee cups as there were none in the room. It must have been an oversight when the room was serviced. Yes, I will stay again at this hotel during future visits.

We like that the Metro station was right across the street. We liked the free parking even after we checked out they let us park for free while we went touring around Montreal. The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke English. There is a Harvey’s restaurant right beside the hotel. We didn’t check to see what else might be around..it seemed more of a residential area on a Main Street. We didn’t like the hotel wifi it was not very strong and some times if more than one device was on one would cut out. There is a restaurant in the hotel but breakfast was not included and we did not eat any meals there.

Amazing hotel and connected

The restaurant is only open for breakfast, staff was polite and helpful. Building is dated, but it was clean and well kept. Pool hours posted in room or somewhere other than at pool would be nice. It made it very comfortable for me when the staff went out of there way to speak to me in English. French is not my mother tongue. Thank you

It was clean very important, the front desk service was really good the house keeper great . I when to the restaurant and ask in French a Question the server couldn’t understand French so I repeat my question in English and she didn’t understand ether so she told me she was Spanish . I was a little upset cause I taught I was fortunate to be bilingual but still not good enough

Loved my stay here! It is extremely affordable and the room was very clean. All of the staff were friendly as well. There is a mall right across the street, a Walmart close by, and plenty of dining options. Only wish it were easier to get into the popular areas of the city (old Montréal). I would happily stay here again!

Building needs more upgrade, rooms are to old

It was way too expensive. Almost $650 for two nights And it was just a simple ordinary hotel.

The Location is very convenient, very close to the Subway station. The rooms Are clean, but a but outdated. Good enough for 1 or 2 nights on a citytrip.

First time I hear of free parking in Montreal, that was a bonus, the Metro station is literally beside the hotel, the room was spacious and the beds & pillows were absolutely comfortable. The pool was also outdoor and very clean. Would definitely come here again.

The hotel is nice staff was great

Upon arrival they told us they “upgraded” our room to a suite.. it was outdated and terrible, more like a downgrade. The shower was incredibly small and the shower head sprayed in every direction but at you and essentially just misted. The bidet didn’t work and dripped constantly, heard it all night long even with the bathroom door shut. There plug in the bathroom was so lose that my iPhone charger wouldn’t stay in and the plug was actually coming out of the wall. There was only one other plug in the entire “suite”, the rest were behind furniture. Friends of ours were in regular rooms and they were updated and much nicer. Stayed 2 nights, cost close to $700, not worth it at all!

People were screaming at 3 am in the morning

Around 1:00 PM on August 10, 2024, we reported bodily fluid stains (what looked like human feces) smeared on the wall above the toilet in room 101 to the concierge. We had first noticed the stains upon our arrival at 1:30 AM but decided to wait until we woke up to report the issue. The concierge provided us with two breakfast passes for the next day and assured us that the room would be thoroughly cleaned immediately. We informed her that we would return in an hour. When we came back around 2:30 PM, the room had not been cleaned. We approached the concierge again and noted that the room still had stained bathroom walls and unmade beds. We returned by approximately 4:10 PM to the beds made, but the stains on the bathroom wall remained. This stay has been deeply disappointing. Due to weather delays, we arrived hours late and were denied a refund, leaving us with no choice but to check in instead of returning home. The room was in unacceptable condition, and the hotel's sanitation was poor. We will not be returning or recommending this hotel to anyone.

Next to Metro

Property was clean and quiet. We did not encounter many staff while we were there. The web page states bar and restaurant available but the bar and restaurant were closed at dinner time. Restaurant was only open for breakfast till 10 o'clock.

There was no microwave inside the room. Only one microwave was available for every room at the lobby. Bad service at the restaurant. Food wasn't cooked properly

The room was very large but washroom area very small. Missed having the counter space for personal items times 4. Since pullout sofa was needed for sleeping two or three comfy chairs would be great, the size of the room could definitely accommodate this as well as a small unit to house the TV instead of the much needed coffee table it sat on.

I like everything except the AC was a little loud.

Good for a last minute stay

Front desk staff were wonderful. The physical qualities of the room were not great for a 3 star hotel: the rooms were very dark, the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan or a door that stayed open on its own, and the pillows and mattresses were both way too soft. If you need any back support to sleep comfortably, this hotel is not for you. The towels were also extremely thin and rough.

Service was good, property location, not good, not too clean and not up to date
