My stay was superb.
The location of the hotel is really good.
Easy reach from the airport by local bus costing just €4. The bus stop is literally outside the hotel.
There is a nice pool and beach just outside with beautiful sunrise.
I have travelled outside party season so all the clubs were closed but are within few minutes from the hotel if you travel during party season.
Shops and marina nearby.
The food was really good. It was well balanced and varied through the days with multiple themes. Everything was fresh and tasted really good.
The staff at the hotel were amazing.
The staff at reception friendly and helpful.
The severs and chefs in the dining area real gems. They were very tentative, friendly and helpful. Made me feel very welcome and provided sparkle to my stay.
The only minus were thin walls in the room.

Nice hotel in a great location. Stayed AI. Food was excellent, plenty of choice even for the fussiest of eaters! Meat was cooked fresh and it was constantly replenished. Staff lovely throughout the hotel; from reception to restaurant to cleaning staff. Everywhere was clean, including the rooms. Only complaint was the bed.. it was rock hard! And the rooms were not as glam as they look on the website! I was expecting more from Palladium hotels as we’ve stayed in a few in the past. We had a junior suite. The room was very spacious but a little dated. Would definitely recommend the hotel if only for the food and staff! Not sure I would return unless they changed the beds!!

Love this hotel, think we have stayed 5 times now the staff are great and the All inclusive food and drinks along with the service is awesome the pink Prosecco is my wife’s new favourite 👌
One thing I would change is having more chilled Balearic music or a DJ by the pool at some point during the day after all it is in Ibiza.

Stayed in a bungalow / cabin room. Great hotel, in a great location for accessing San Antonio. Good pool facilities with plenty of sun beds. Food is excellent and at good times through the day. Drinks are good, mostly branded. Staff are very friendly and really helped us out when our flight home was cancelled at short notice, which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

I really enjoyed my stay, nice and lovely staff, Elaine from guest service was quite helpful, all the receptionists were lovely too, waiters were helpful and pleasant. Nice ambience, beautiful evening performances. Totally recommend

Great location in the middle of ibiza to go around . The hotel location is amazing right by the beach and has a cool vibe however it definitely needs a renovation and better cleaning seevices.

Great hotel and location, amazing sunset view from our balcony. Stuff was very friendly and supportive. We had a great stay and enjoyed every minute. we will come back again.

A lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were all helpful and ensured we had a great stay! Lots of entertainment throughout the day/night.

This is hotel is nice, the food is delicious. Staff is AMAZING!.
I didn’t like the pool area, lounge chairs were practically right on top of each other, no personal space at all and I also wish they had more cocktails to choose from the AI package.

Good stay at this hotel the staff were very friendly on reception and throughout the hotel. Room was spacious although the bed was a little hard and I didn’t sleep that well. Some noise at night.

The only thing going for that property is the staff from reception to bar to waiters, everybody is amazing so loving so happy performing their jobs with a full heart
But the rooms are from the 17th century, and the Bed broke my back there are no Bed Sheets and no pillows no blankets. It’s freezing cold.
The property is seriously old very very old. I was surprised completely different than not. I saw online.
But I would love to salute all the staff for the unbelievable service which made the stay bearable. Jen and Victor were exceptional from reception to all their beautiful attending and service

Fantastic stay as always 4th time, the staff are really friendly and more than happy to accommodate any requests. The food is great with a really good range from breakfast, lunch and dinner, drinks both selection and size of measure did not disappoint (if you know what I mean :-) )

great location, can see sunset. this was 2nd time there, but unfortunately not as good as last year. Sea view room & deluxe is partial view. Our room was infested with ants which staff seemed to know about. It also was not cleaned thoroughly when we got it. Thanks to Victor who was awesome & helped get us a new room on the 3rd day. Then in new room there was no soap, etc so hospitality had to go at night. Also theres one waiter who made awesome G&Ts! Food was good lots options & theme nights. Disappointed with this stay.

I am so disappointed in this hotel, as it is nothing like the pictures. The view below was of a old ugly roof and to the left is looks like a very poor hotel or apartment. The price was horribly too expensive for what we got. Don't let the pictures fool you. It is nothing like them.

Stay there night I like is food and all waiters great but Sink in the bathroom clogged, I mention them 3 times no one come fixed, at the and I told them again, nothing they didn’t even apologize

The AC system was not even by end of April, so had to sleep with open balcony doors. Not sure if its worth the money. How ever the pool area and the buffet were excellent.

Great location and easy access to beach and walkways. Good pool and was surprised by the food included package. It was better than expected with a wide variety of choices.
It is a party hotel with mostly middle aged 40-60 year olds, with a mix of some instagramers 25-35. Don’t expect to get much sleep during the weekends.
