Booked a jacuzzi suite and the tub was absolutely disgusting

Horrible, the room service came in our 4th day of stay, didn't even use the vacuum, when I told the front desk they said that vacuum is an optional service, I should have ask for it before!!
I asked to change the room after first night due to noise from refrigerator, but they told me all of the refrigerators in all rooms are noisy, unbelievable!

The receptionist was friendly and nice. However, I was disappointed when I entered our room as it was smelly and dusty 😬😝😖. I was scratching my body as the bed was itchy and had to take my allergy pill. There were stains in the bedding and in the washroom curtains. I didn’t enjoy my stay and I was sleepless 😖 I was so tired and regret booking that hotel.

The room was clean and beautiful! We had the jacuzzi tub room. We had a nice view in back aswell. Wasn't far from everything either. We didn't have the breakfast there woke up too late lol

The staff were pleasant and helpful. Room cramped but clean. The included breakfast was very meagre. Bread and bagels for toasting. No fruit or yogurt. Website is misleading. Talks about an indoor pool but there isn't one.

Bad smell in the room, dark, light broken, tap overflowing, flies in the room, lots of hair in the bed, toilet needed to be cleaned.

Very run down motel. Not well maintained at all. Breakfast is mediocre but what’s worse is the staff wearing flip flops while prepping the food. Not to mention spoiled dairy creamers. Woke up to barking dog in next room. Never again.

The pool area was very pretty and in its day would have been quite nice. Could be now with more attention to the yard. Although poor was clean.

A great stay. The rooms are dated but the price is reasonable. Staff are excellent and very accommodating. I lost my card on the travel down and only realized when I arrived at the property at 10:30pm with my infant. They quickly checked me in and allowed me to pay the deposit the following day.

The property of the Super 8 is well maintained but the surrounding area is both dirty and unsafe! Located at the back of the property are abandoned cabins that have hundreds and hundreds of opened cat food cans for the stray cats!

The place is in need of an overall. I feel like this place was abandoned and someone decided to buy it and open the doors without doing any work at all. Very rundown. Will not go there again.

Drapes shredded, dead plants outside. Floor in room soft like rotten. Air / heat did not work. Called guy came with new remote still did not work Bathroom sink not draining in morning. Women at desk not accommodating. Wanted two queens or king. She wanted to put elderly on second floor but then was willing to move us but to one queen bed. Sheets smelled not clean If this is written up with hi marks must be family writing it up. Another customer asked to see their room and women behind desk refused to show them.

We enjoyed the pool area for a couple of hours... beautiful and quiet. The breakfast was good and the rooms were comfortable! It is definitely dated on the outside, but you can tell they are working hard to update the rooms and the staff are very friendly. The tub/shower stall weren't the cleanest, but overall it was a good stay!

Only thing I didn’t like was they didn’t provide any drinking water bottles during our stay.
