Very convenient for bakeries and supermarket, and not too far from the casino and port.

This hotel was not good at all. If I could give 0 stars I would. Starting off with the staff, they were rude the whole time. They charged us for breakfast when we very clearly asked the worker if it costs money and she said no! 60€ for a below average breakfast was not it. Everywhere in the hotel smelled weird, the halls and elevator always had a nasty smell and even our towels didn’t smell clean. The ac barely works. And the pool also is not what it looks like in the pictures. It’s very dirty and seems like it is not cleaned correctly. I would highly recommend you to avoid staying here!!!!

Nice hotel for family, all the staff are helpful and nice

Great sized room for a large family and the pool was definitely needed in the hot weather though is smaller than we thought from the picture. Tiles were coming loose in the bathroom and whilst there was a kettle no tea bags or milk were provided. Still we loved our stay there.

I booked this hotel over six months ago. After training into Monaco from Nice we realized it was very difficult to find taxis and Ubers to get us to our hotel. We walked 30 minutes along the narrow and steep streets of Monaco with our suitcases. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff informed us they did not have any room for us. They asked if we received the email they sent only an hour ago with the information regarding room availability. The staff said we will have to stay at their other location all the way back next to the train station we just came from. After asking for a taxi over to the other hotel, staff refused to call one. Long story short, we arrived at the other hotel dripping in sweat with hurting bodies and feet from the wall. The staff at Aparthotel didn’t do anything to help this very poorly handled situation. Me and my family are very disappointed and disgusted with what happened to us. Due to not getting any help nor compensation, I will not being staying at any Aparthotel location and will let everyone I know what happened to me.

Large Apartments clean and very large . We got a 2 bedroom living room .. good conditions and well maintained

The YOUNG gentleman who checked me in on 5/29 at 8pm was not helpful. I drove there so I had to park in the public parking garage. He gave me no instructions at all. He did not offer for me to leave my bags, so I had to lug my bags from the car. When I came back to the hotel, I had found that due to his lack of instruction. I parked in the wrong area. There’s specific parking for the hotel, and he did not tell me that. It was obvious he could not care less because he was just getting off his shift and wanted to rush. The next gentleman was much more helpful an older late 40s early 50s gentlemen.

Good location. Be mindful that you need to CLEAN the room before checkout. This was an unpleasant surprise for us. You need to clean up the kitchen, turn on dishwasher, remove all of the bed linens etc. If you are staying there for less than 7 days then there is no cleaning service. Furthermore you dont get new towels, this is subject to a fee.

Great location.The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing.Bed comfort can not be beat. The optional breakfast had a variety of foods and fruits. I highly recommend this hotel.

Room was dirty. Sofa bed was with sheets that were used before. Some towels were dirty. Room is not pleasant. Location is the only good think about this hotel.

Hi, every thing was good so clean and well laid out friendly staff. location on a hill but to be expected in this area but with plenty of stair esculaters. one down side and its not the end of the world no English speaking tv channels. i would deiffinetly chose again.

The towel heater was damaged but aside from that it was very good

Beautiful property, the room is spacious and nice. Staff are very friendly and amiable. But there is no change of towels, or cleaning of the during the stay, so I didn’t appreciate that part.

The apartment was spacious, very clean, had everything we needed including air con. Was a great location only a few minutes from the Casino . Would stay there again.

Great location with ample space! Carola in front desk and other staff went above and beyond! The only way we were able to secure taxis was through the front desk!!!!! very clean room with working AC. Highly recommend!

Lovely renovation to these apartments. Much needed, but much appreciated.

Our floor was being painted- so noise and smell. No fresh towels when requested.

Excellent location for monaco. Rooms were very spacious with coffe machine and fridge.

The location was right in the centre from everything you want to walk to! A local marche and a bunch of shops, restaurants and stores just outside the aparthotel. 6 min walk to the casino! The staff was helpful and nice!

This hotel was in a good location. It was ~5 minutes to walk to the Monte Carlo. There is a nice bakery and market just a minute walk. Room was surprisingly spacious with a sitting/kitchen area. Instructions for check out are to (1) take your trash out to the receptacle on the street, (2) put all towels in the bathroom, and (3) open the windows. I think there were a few flies in the room due to (3). Overall would recommend the hotel for those looking to be close to the Monte Carlo.

Apartment was ok for 2 couples to stay . Cleaned and washrooms too. We enjoyed our stay .

Hotel was in a great location for walking around Monaco, rooms were clean and comfortable and pool was a great bonus. Staff could all speak English and were very helpful.

Lovely location and very friendly people. Rooms were big and had all the things you need. Unfortunately they didn’t give some coffee cups while there was a machine.

I love the location of this place and have stayed here a few times. A two minute walk and you are in the heart of Monaco, but paying a fraction of the price 😉. The room we had this time was exactly as in the photograph and everything was spotless
