O Nacional Inn São José dos Campos é uma boa opção de hospedagem, principalmente se levar em conta a localização. Fica as margens da Rodovia Presidente Dutra, ressalvando-se que o barulho da rodovia não é um problema, visto que os quartos possuem isolamento acústico nas janelas. Adicionalmente, fica a 1 quadra do Centervale Shopping, com boas opções de alimentação. Também há um Extra Hipermercado na mesma calçada, caso precise de algum item. Possui fácil acesso para qualquer localidade da cidade, aeroporto e rodoviária. O serviço é bom, café da manhã bem completo, apesar de ficar cheio nos horários de pico. Possui uma área de lazer agradável, piscina bonita. O quarto é confortável e atende bem a necessidade de um sono confortável, entretanto carece de reformas e precisa de cuidados. Um hotel desse porte poderia ter por exemplo, tomadas no novo padrão brasileiro dentro do quarto, o que não há com facilidade. No quarto que fiquei no 12º andar, só há 1 tomada no novo padrão e não fica no quarto, e sim na área de estar (quarto/flat). O hotel tem algumas áreas que visivelmente são muito antigas e poderiam ser submetidas a um retrofit. Também não possui gerador. No dia da hospedagem a concessionária de energia realizou uma manutenção (previamente comunicada aos hóspedes), o que causou falta de energia, mas entendo que pelo porte do hotel, poderia ter gerador.

It was a short overnight stay and I could not comment on more them a comfortable bed and a good shower.

In general all good, not a luxury hotel, but a great option to stay for a short vacation.

Staff were always very kind and helpful. One remark: at the end of breakfast time, they announce they literally take everything out from the buffet, then plan to arrive a bit earlier if you don’t want to be bothered by this.

I was misleaded by the advertising of the hotel, expecting to be a nice and economic hotel, it turned out to be a very old hotel, poorly kept with a lousy services. And as they charge for the parking, the economic part was some how affected as well. Definitely I don't recommend it!

14 day trip to Sao Jose dos Campos, requested exit after 4 days and moved to another hotel. Just not for me.

Hotel is great but Wi Fi is horrible.

Good stuff: Free breakfast that left nothing to be desired. Free wi-fi. Sweet staff. Impeccable housekeeping (my clothes were folded!). Comfy bed, huge room, great shower. Major regional shopping mall a 3-minute walk away, with many restaurants. Al Badah is a mid-east restaurant well known in the area, and they have a version in the mall. Not so good: Except for the mall and a huge Super-Hiper grocery store on the other side of the hotel, this is not a neighborhood youll want to stroll around. Also, the hotel just feels a little old and dumpy, so if you require new and shiny, this isnt for you. (I dont, so it was more than fine.)

Bad experience, just when Sao Jose dos Campos was experiencing record temperatures pf 39C, the air conditioning broke down and we did not have any for 2 days. Internet broke down and I had no connection for 3 days. The nature of my work requires reliable internet connection. I had to cancell my second week and book another hotel.

Rooms are big and comfortable. The breakfasr is very good but the most convenient thing is that there is a buffet for dinner. The hotel is also next door to a big mall with several options for food and shopping.

This hotel has nice suites at a good price. The rooms, and hotel in general, are very clean. I have stayed at this hotel in the past but the last time was about four years before this trip. During that time the hotel has changed names several times but the quality is still consistent with what I remembered from previous trips. There were two significant changes from my previous visits. The first is that the current restaurant staff do not speak English very well. The front desk personnel speak English well and will help with your restaurant orders if needed. The second is that the hotel no longer exchanges currency at the front desk, which was a big convenience. Despite these changes all of the hotel staff are very friendly and will do their best to assist you.
